My first MIBF experience has taught me a lot of things. For one, I was never really into it for the books. Sure, I love reading. I love the being surrounded by books. I have fallen in love with a lot of books during the fair, but not so hard to the point of buying it. If anything else, it was the people whom I've connected with in the past years that drew me into the event. It was nice knowing and meeting them in person.

Another thing is that I think Wattpad is slowly growing out on me. If this is a sign of me losing my inner child (which would be weird considering my personality), but if so, then so be it.

Also, people change. You can always take a second look but you can never tell the truth from those that aren't. Nothing is ever permanent. Truths change. Time passes.

I'm not going to lie and say I enjoyed the overall experience, but this is coming from a subjective point of view. (BUT I HAVE TO SAY KUDOS TO THE WP AMBASSADORS WHO VOLUNTEERED FOR THE WATTPAD EVENT. HATS OFF) Still, I'll be looking forward to next year's book fair. But by then, it'll be the books I'll be coming for. Lol. Joke.

Didn't they always say jokes are half-meant?
