Chapter 4. Expect the unexpected

Realizing I’m in top of someone, I try to see with whom I just bumped, to find out very enchanting grey eyes looking at me. The person in front of me was very good looking with tanned skin, brown hair like mine, and those pink lips which I want to taste ugh, what I’m thinking about the man I just met. I don't know how long I was staring. The way his lips changed to smirk bought me back to reality.

Which make me realize my position and made me jerk up from his body to stand up but to my dismay, I fell back on top again which made him chuckle and my face turned red like tomato. “Did you like what you see from there?” he said with larger smirk. Unable to speak I try to get up from him again .Seeing my struggle he grab my waist which made tingling sensation wherever he touch, and stand up with me without any trouble.

Without realizing his hand still in my waist I try to get out from there. People were looking at us but he tightened his grab in my waist and said, “Where are you going? You can't just drool on me freely. I need payment for that,” nearing his face to mine which made me fumble my words, “ Whaat ...umm you .....meaan...?

He bring his thumb near my lips and caress side of my lips and said, "I need a help to choose gift for a Girl," which made me angry, who does he think he is? How could he think I would help him to buy his girlfriend a gift? Go ask some other whore who will fall for his looks which is definitely not me.

As if reading my face his face change from smirk to small smile and said, “I don't have any girlfriend. The gift is for my sister's 20th b'day," which made be bad for feeling all those thing to him even though he don't know about my thought. "Ok I can help with that," I said grinning but don't know why I was happy to find out he is single. It's not like we can be items.

His face lit up with big smile which made him more handsome and more irresistible and I just blush more if one face could go redder and try to get out from his grab embarrassed. Seeing my struggle to get out of his grab, he releases my waist and said scratching his neck, "I don't know what to buy so I was just trying to ask someone. Fortunately you bumped to me,” which make me smile.

“Let’s go then, what things your sister likes to have?” I said trying to steady my heart. “Umm ... I really don't know. Maybe some girl stuff, “He said trying to figure out his sister likes.”

“So let’s go for neutral things like chocolate, teddy bear, accessories that most of the girl likes to have,” I said to ease his trouble with his sister's choice. “Yeah good idea she loves to have kit kats,” he said smiling again which make my heart race fast.

“Let’s go to that section to grab some kit Kat then,” I said pointing toward the shop where varieties of chocolate could be found. “Sure lead the way,” he said walking beside me.

We went to store and grabbed kit kat’s and some other chocolates and made the cashier wrap it, after paying we get out of the store. “I think you should buy her that too,” I said pointing toward silver charm in front of chocolate store which was looking so cute.

“Yeah you're right I think she would love it,” he said while entering the jewelry store. I follow after him and ask the counter lady for her to show that charm. "Nice choice sir, you two are such a cute couple. I think it suit her very much," said the counter lady.

 "I'm not his girlfriend," I said blushing, realizing her mistake of assuming me his girlfriend she apologize for which I just nod understanding.

“It’s for my sister’s birthday,” he said with amusement in his eyes. “Your sister gonna love it. It just so nice,” she said handing him the charms which he takes closer look and gave her to wrap it. After paying we went out.

“Now I will be leaving I think this much will be enough for her,” I said as trying to go in opposite direction. He just grabs my wrist and brings me back to him and said, “Not so fast,” with a smirk.

“Do you want to buy some more things but that would be enough I don't think...." I tried to say but was stopped when his lips touch my cheeks, which makes my cheeks grew hot than it already was. He pulled away from me handed me my phone which may be was fallen when we bumped earlier.

Maybe I heard him saying something about I got text or stuff I couldn’t get it while he walked away leaving me in that froze state, but I was so much in shocked to realized I was blocking people way to enter the jewelry shop we went to buy charm.

Someone was struggling to get inside the shop that made me jump out of my state. I quickly move from there not bothering to see anyone who was looking my way.

When I realized I was far from the scene area and checked my phone. That was my mom text to bring orange juice which she forgot to mention in earlier text.

Gathering, all groceries my mom said to bring, in back seat. I took driver seat while fastening my seat belt I came to realized that I don't even know the name of the person to whom I helped to buy gift for his sister not only that who just kiss my cheek . 

Those memories make me blush. Ignoring the feeling I start to head towards my home and reach there earlier than I usually do. Taking out all things from car I went towards the door, before I could reach for the bell the door flew open revealing my grinning mom reaching for the things I bought. “What took you so long?" she asked arching her eyebrow.

"Oh nothing just got stuck in mall," I replied not wanting to mention the stranger in mall. "Like for what?” she try to inquiry, to which I gave a look to and just said to me, “Ok I got it," and went towards the kitchen to place groceries.

“Tomorrow we are going to Betty's house for dinner,” mom yelled from the kitchen. “Is it ok if I don't go mom?” I try to say her while turning on the TV.

“No you must go. They are trying to let you guys know each other.” which makes me grunt, “Noooooooo." 

"Just try to know him honey," she replied.

"Ok I will try but don't force me to marry ok,  if I can't get along even after my tries," I replied feeling helpless.

"Good so how was your shopping?" she asked. Which makes me remember those memories of  the stranger, which makes me blush and was grateful she can't see me now so I replied, “It was good mom, we did dress and shoe shopping for Rachel and have some girls time together." 

"Good to hear that, you guys were out of contact for long time," she replied.

 "Yeah mom ...ok I will in my room call me if there is anything," I said heading towards the stairs.

"Ok," I hear from mom.

Opening my room which usually is a mess but not today as, yesterday I clean up the mess. I laid to my bed throwing bag at my side when my phone buzzed I picked it up and said, “Hello.”
