Stars? {Sequel to Lucifer X Reader}

Chapter 16

I felt sick to my stomach as I charged toward Bear. His eyes glowing trying to catch me off guard. I wasn't about to fall for it. As my hand hit his chest, the force propelled him backwards into the wall. The force of the impact created a gaping hole in the wall. Chunks of brick fell from the sides of the hole making noises that echoed and hurt my ears. I still felt his presence and I shivered and started to retreat back into the corridor when his flaming hands gripped themselves around large chunks of bricks. As he hoisted himself up with them, he started throwing them at me. I could hear my heart pounding in my ears as all of my blood drained out of my upper body almost making it impossible to move.

"What the-" My breath got caught in my throat as he stood there. He looked as if he didn't have any eyes as he struggled to keep himself upright.

A brick flew and hit my left shoulder popping it out of place. Now I'm not as strong or as pain tolerant as my sister so I can't just pop it back into place. My right hand flew there to see if it could stop the pain even if it wouldn't help. I stumbled back as he lost his strength and fell to his knees. It was obvious that he couldn't do anymore yet he stood and continued chuck the bricks at me. I dodged one after another and had to flap my wings a few times to keep my balance. My eyes zeroed in on his face. I tried to read any emotion that may have crossed his face. The only one I could read was pain. He looked so tortured, it was hard to tell. But nothing could hide the fact that he was crying. I couldn't exactly tell why he was crying but I could only assume that it was because he didn't understand what was going on. 

This whole trip has been a nuisance. No one has know what has been going on. It just felt like nothing was real. I mean, I was brought back to life, Lucifer and (Your Name) had a child. Bear is actually a star that was millions of miles away from Earth, or whatever this is. God, I can't even remember where I am any more. This has to be some sort of dream right? I mean come on? What ever world this is, it seems like nothing more than a fairy tale gone wrong.

"Onyx! Get your head back in the fight you idiot! Or you're going to be on the ground dead!" (Your Name) shouted at me from the side lines. I snapped back into reality and saw that Bear was sluggishly getting closer to me. His small form beaten and bruised. He looked bad as if he was going to crumple to the ground and fade away. I rushed over to him as his weak knees gave out. I held him in my right arm as I laid him down on the concrete ground. He wasn't unconscious yet, but he looked like he was about to be out. 

"I-I'm sorry..." The words trailed out of his cracked lips and I shook my head. "No, don't be sorry. You have nothing to sorry about. You're just confused is all." He smiled slightly. "Thank you... both of you..." By now (Your Name) had moved to his other side and was gently smiled down as him. "I'm.. going to go to s-sleep n-now..." His voice hoarse. We both nodded and he slowly closed his eyes as his breathing slowed.

I stood up and glanced at the doorway. I was about to turn and leave when Asher stepped in, Lucifer wan't there with him so I could only guess that he was still knocked out. One look at Bear's body and he face twisted into that of confusion.

"Is he dead?" His voice carried softly to our ears. 

I didn't speak, I didn't even mutter and words that showed I was scared or saddened by his passing. Instead, I laughed. I laughed long and hard as if he had never died as if he didn't exist in the first place. 

"Are you alright uncle?" His voice was worried and (Your name)'s eyes showed it as well. Her eyebrows furrowed, she must've thought something was wrong with me. "Onyx?" She leaned over Bear and poked my forehead with her index finger. I automatically stopped laughing.  "Sorry." I coughed out. She just nodded with a smile and Asher sighed in relief.

~Your P.O.V. (It's been a while right?)~

I stood up and wobbled over to Asher and smiled. "Where's your father?" He pointed to the hallway. His body was slumped against the wall. His purple hair fell in front of his face and his face looked so calm. It was almost hard to believe that this was the same man who betrayed me, took away our son, killed me, then imprisoned me. He had no right to come back into my family, yet I feel like he was under some sort of spell. Like he wasn't himself or in the right of mind. "Thank you Asher." I stepped into the hallway and my feet took me over to him. I stood facing him. I opened my wings and shielded us from the unwanted sight of others. I knelt next to him. "Luci?" I spoke softly, and jumped in surprise when his eyes fluttered open and looked directly at me. "(Your name)." He said. it didn't have any emotion to it nor did any emotion show on his face. I froze, his eyes roamed over my body. I was bruised in several places and one or two cuts littered my arms and one on my face. 

He face suddenly contorted into one of worry and sympathy. "What happened to you?!" He pulled me into a tight hug. "I got into a fight." I heard him growl slightly under his breath. "Who hurt you?" I couldn't help but laugh, "You can't hurt him anymore, someone save me." Urushihara pulled away and his face went back to emotionless. "Are you cheating on me (Your name)?" My eyes widened. "Why would I?! I have the best man in front of me right now." He looked around before grinning. He leaned in and gave me a short but sweet kiss before getting up on his feet. "So who saved you?" I grabbed his hand and brought him to the room where Onyx and Asher stood near Bear. I pointed to Bear's body. "Him." Lucifer only nodded then he looked around. 

"Wait a minute, are we in Enta Isla?" He was oblivious to the events that happened here. I nodded. "What happened?" I told him all of the events and he freaked out slightly. "Really?" I nodded and he looked at Asher who just start back at him. "Dad?" Asher whispered and Lucifer walked over and pulled him into a hug. "I'm sorry kid." He rubbed Asher's (Your Hair color) hair as Asher whined. "Dad, stop it!" He managed to get out of Lucifer's grip. He huffed and walked away. I laughed and so did Onyx who was confronted by Lucifer next. "'Sup." "'Sup." I laughed at their short lived conversation.

This was the way it was supposed to be, out happy little family. Bear was supposed to be here acting as Asher's older brother since he wasn't quite my age or Asher's age.  I mean I am 34 while Asher is 16. Bear looks like he falls around 27-28ish. 

I sighed and looked at Bear. 

I wish you were here.

So the next chapter or three should be the ending! I had three endings and told my sister to pick one, so she did. If you see the ending and don't like it, I will make another one. But I will only make a total of three endings since I do have another fanfiction to work on! I'll see you in the next chapter!
