tyler forgot that he wasn't like this.

but he guessed- the next day- that it was probably the best time of his life.

he wasn't feeling sad, anxious, scared, anything. he even ate.

he was high, drunk, full, and completely what he wanted to be that night. he wanted fun, he wanted to feel joy with friends. he wanted to feel full. full of anything really, though full of food felt the best.

"are you sure you'll be okay?" josh asked, making sure that tyler's asthma won't come into play as he handed him the joint he had just been smoking.

tyler's eyes had become pink in the sides already, even though by now all that counts is the second hand smoke.

"i'm positive, now give it to me," tyler said, trying to grab it but just falling over onto josh lap. josh just laughed with tyler tiredly and put his fingers with the cigarette down to tyler's mouth, which he took a long drag from.

tyler started coughing violently, but was laughing the entire time.

tyler and josh had drank the entire night with the weed piling on top of it.

"joshie," tyler said, wrapping his arms around josh's neck, resting his head on his shoulder with his breath against his neck, "i'm bored."

"you just had, like, nine tacos, tyler," josh said laughing at the small boy, who just kissed josh's neck multiple times lightly. they didn't really think anything about it, they were too drunk and high to actually focus on what they were doing.

sure josh and tyler made out a little.

actually a lot, with it going as far as josh's hands all the way up tyler's skirt and josh's bright red hair being pulled and tugged by tyler's fingers as he sat on his lap, straddling him on the couch in front of almost everyone when they came inside.

and when melanie finally realized what was actually happening with josh and tyler, she started wolf whistling and calling out their names in cheers.

but when tyler and josh broke apart they just laughed again, both trying hard to cover their hard-ons.

not realizing what was actually going on for the entire night they eventually fell asleep on the couch.
