I wake up. I look to my left and see Die listening to music. In my sleep I felt way better than yesterday. Everything was peacefull and I still am a little. But the way I achieved that is just awfull. I walk to the bathroom. I pull my sleeve up and check my arm. They didn't open up, fortunately.

When I come back in Die's room he's facing the door and he doesn't have a shirt or pants on. Only underwear. I turn red. 'Sorry.' I mutter and I turn around. 'Nah,  we're both guys, right? ...Or do you have something to hide? I mean, you look actually really feminine. Are you sure you're not a girl?' He says with a smirk. I sigh, why are all his comments so mean? 'So what's todays task?' I ask. 'Changing the subject, are we? It's the same as yesterday. Not allowed to ignore you, unfortunately. God, I hate this!' He mutters something after that. He probably doesn't want me to hear. I catch words like 'stupid' and 'why me?' And 'fucking schoolprojects' I look down to the ground. Awesome, no really, this is great! Who wouldn't want to live together for two weeks with someone who hates me? You know, we actually have something in common! He hates me and I hate me too!

Today wasn't as bad as yesterday, but still bad. The day went slow and I was glad when it finally was the end of the day.

Now it's Wednesday. The task for today is to take the person in your house to somewhere you need to go or a place that means something to you or for example when you have to sport take him to practice to play along or just watch. Next week it'll be the other way around.

It's three o'clock in the afternoon. 'I have an appointment with someone and you need to come with me for the task of today. We have to go now.' Die says, annoyed.

We are walking there. He seems kinda restless. Like he's nervous that something will happen. 'I need you to stay in the room in a corner and don't get attention on yourself. I don't think it'll take long.' We are there and I stand in a corner. Die is talking to some people, actually they are two very big and muscled man. They don't seem happy with what Die has to tell them and I have the feeling this is about money. I look around and see a cash dispenser (I don't know if that's the word for it, I don't even know if if is a word.) on the other side of the street. I take some money from my credit card as fast as I can and walk back to the room. One of the guys has taken hold of Die while the other punches his face. Then in his stomach. Hard. Damn, that looks painfull. And Die's expression tells me that it is. Okay, Shinya, time to use the knowledge from the acting classes in school. For once in your life, don't make a bigger fool of yourself then you already are!  I take a deep breath and run towards them. 'Die! Die! You need to come with me! Quick! Your mom's in the hospital, she has had a car accident!! Come wi... What's going on here? Die, what have you done now?!' One of the big guys answers. 'He has a debt with us and he can't pay us.' I sigh. 'How much is it?' I ask. '200 bucks.' I take my wallet and grab the money. I try to seem annoyed when I push it in his hands. 'We really need to go now!' I grab Die's hand and drag him out of the building. 'What was that about? Did something happen to my mom?' 'Don't worry, nothing has happened. I just thought I needed to help you with you little situation.' I say. He starts to yell. 'I don't need your help! I told you to stay in the corner, to not draw attention! God! Don't you ever listen?!' Then he walks away. I sigh and look at the ground. Even when I try to help him, he is still mean. I walk behind Die.

When we get back in his room I see his cheek is still bleeding from the punch. Apparently, the guy had rings or something on. 'You need to desinfect your cheek.' 'No really?' He says irritated. He walks to the bathroom and I follow him. He soaks a towel with water. Then he tries to wipe the blood of, but he is being a little rough and the cuts are bleeding a little worse. 'Let me' I say. Die looks kind of surprised. 'No! Why would I do that?' 'You'll only make the bleeding worse.' I say and take the towel from him. I start to gently wipe the blood off. 'What? Are you a nurse or something? I think you really need to reconcider your gender.'  He laughs again. I turn around and refresh the towel. So Die doesn't see the hurt on my face. He can't think I'm weak. It would just make everything worse.

'Why did you help me?' I think about that for a moment. Yeah, why exactly did I help him? It's not like he has ever done anything for me, more like the opposite. 'It just looked like you needed some help.' I say. 'Come on, Shinya, you payed 200 bucks for me. By the way, I'll pay you back as soon as I have the money. But you have no single reason to help me. You don't owe me anything. And there would have been no one to help you if they would have decided to beat you up, too.' 'I don't know why.' When I'm done with the cut on his face, I tell him to hold something cold to his cheek. Then it won't swell up so much.

When we lie in bed that night, Die says something that surprises me. 'Any other person would have just let me get beat up and do nothing. I still don't get it, why you didn't do that.' Then I fall asleep.
