I walked into my room and felt sad. I had just come from dropping Jy'ann and Jasmin off with my dad. I looked at the pictures on my wall from Spanks 16th birthday party. We were all gaving a good time.
I was going to miss waking up every morning with Jy'ann here, she had grew to become a sister.
It was back to being lonely at night.
"Hey kid want to grab a bite before I go to work." My dad popped his head in.
"Work? Dad its only 12."
"I know they asked me to come in at 2 today."
"Oh no thanks, I was just about to ask you to drop me off at the mall. The Ranger$ are having a meet and greet."
"Yeah sure."
I looked at myself in the mirror. I had on a rangers t-shirt with denim shorts and my black and silver griffeys.
"You want to stop and get food? You haven't ate all day." My dad asked once we got in the car.
I nodded and pulled into McDonalds.
Finally we reached the mall and I hopped out.
"Thanks dad." I said before walking off.
I pulled out my phone and called Langston but I didn't get an answer. I tried Julian but still no answer.
"Damn." I said out loud. I didnt know which store it was being held in.
I called their manager.
"Hello." She answered.
"Hey, what store in the meet and greet being held at." I asked.
"Footlocker."
"Okay thanks." I hung up and headed towards footlocker.
I got to foot locker and the line was so long. I tried to push my way through.
"Un no little mama you gone have to wait in line like the rest if us." Some girl said.
"But I'm not a fan." I said.
"Sure looks like it." She looked down at my shirt."
I rolled my eyes and pulked out my phone.
"Dont nobody give a damn about you rolling yo eyes and who you calling somebody to beat my ass? Do it yourself." The girl yelled and everybody looked at us.
"What no. I don't even know you and its nothing worth fighting ov-."
She cut ne off. "You steady talking hit me."
"What is going in over here?" Langston walked up.
"This girl trying to fight me cause I was trying to get through."
"You need to wait in line like everybody else."
"She don't have to wait in line tho." Langston grabbed my hand.
"You can't be showing favortism towards fans just cause they cute." She made air quotes.
"But this not a fan." He air quited when he said fans. "This is my girlfriend." He took my hand and started walking back to the signing tables.
I turned around and stuck my tongue out at her.
"Aye sit yo ass down." Langston looked at me.
I laughed and sat down. I watched as They signed flyers and took pictures with their fans.
"Hi." A girl walked up.
