As she headed toward the back I waited a moment and quietly crept toward the door with a charging cord in my hand to the back of the shop door where she had disappeared through. Once on the other side I locked the door behind me and moved as quietly as possible toward the shelf that she was closest to, careful not to knock anything over as I watched her sort through many different parts of many old gaming systems. I was about to reach her when she bent down just barely escaping my grasp. I cursed quietly under my breath and waited again for my next chance. After more rummaging through parts she seems satisfied with a cord and stood back up. Now was my chance. I positioned myself between two shelves so that I was hidden in the shadows. Once she had gotten close enough I jumped in front of her causing her to jump. Which only made me release a low chuckle.
"What are you doing back here?" She said sounding nervous and alert.
"Oh nothing just checking on you. You have been back here for a while and I was starting to get worried" I said sound innocent and sarcastic
"Your not suppose to be back here. I'm going to have to ask you to leave." She sounded more confident.
"Can't do that Alice. I have to do this." I reply simply with a smile
"Do what?" I could hear the fear starting to rise in her voice. It only caused me to smile more as I stepped toward her. This causing her to step back. "Now Alice be a good rabbit. Everything will be over soon" that's when Alice screamed and took off running toward the door that we had come from.
" Fine you want to play hard to get then let the race begin"
