May's pov
Salene was holding Baby Bray, and I was holding Brady, so Trudy would have a better chance of running faster. We all jumped off the boat and started running, until I heard someone behind me fall. I looked around and saw Gel on the ground, her ankle twisted.
"Trudy! Take Brady! I've gotta help Gel!" I yelled, and Trudy came running forwards to grab Brady. My mind started racing really fast. I knew I wouldn't make it with Gel, I needed help.
"Lex!! Get over here!" I yelled, and he came running over. I saw heaps of the guards running towards us.
"What?" He asked angrily.
"Can you carry Gel on your back towards the bushes? She's hurt!" I yelled, and he nodded. I helped Gel on his back, and he sprinted through to the bushes, knocking out the guards coming towards him. All the guards were fighting now, and three guards were coming over to me. They were big and muscly, and just looking at them; I knew I wouldn't be able to fight them. I started to panic, and knew, I wouldn't make it.
