♡ You Feel Like Home to Me ♡ Luke Hemmings Fanfic

Chapter 7

I'm to the point where I'm practically running out of the venue. I can't stop, so many emotions are flooding over me; anger, sadness, confusion, jealousy...I feel like my hearts been shattered within seconds. But I shouldn't be feeling this way. I don't know Luke that well. I can't say I that my hearts broken because I can't be in love with him...

I'm walking up to my car wiping a few more tears from my eyes when I hear Luke calling after me again.

"Nicole! Wait up! Please Nicole!"

I ignore him, not even looking back, and get in the car but before I know it he's sliding into the passenger seat.

I look at him, caught off guard. He looks at me with a concerned face.

"Nicole please, give me a chance to explain."

"What is there to explain Luke? I caught you kissing my cousin! How could you do that? Have you just been playing me this whole time? I thought you were different! I was actually starting to fall for you-!" I shout out, feeling tears start to form in my eyes.

I cut off the second I realized what I had just said and I looked the other way.

Luke puts a hand on my shoulder and then gently touches my chin, moving my face toward his.

"Nicole, I'm falling for you too. Can't you see that?"

"Then why did you-?"

"I didn't kiss her. Well technically I did but I didn't want to. When Jess approached me I was facing the other way and when she came up behind me I thought it was you and before I knew it she grabbed me and kissed me. Believe me Nicole, I don't like Jess. I like you. Having you here just made this even more of my favorite show and I wanted that kiss to be with you..."

Luke stops and looks at me. I look back at him not knowing what to say. I open my mouth to speak but Luke stops me, wipes the tears still lingering on my face and looks down at my lips.

And then it happens. Luke and I kiss. Its feels like magic. He gently holds my face as he kisses me. The only way I can describe his kiss is MAGICAL. I feel like my heart is fluttering in my chest.

Luke stops and looks into my eyes.

"If it makes you feel any better, you're a WAY better kisser than your cousin." Luke says jokingly.

I giggle and start to blush.

"Now thats the smile I've been looking for! That reminds me, how come you looked upset during the concert?" Luke asks me.

"I don't know it was stupid...Luke trust me, I enjoyed the concert. It was amazing. YOU were amazing!" I say trying to avoid his question.

And then we notice the car door open and it can only be one person, Jess. The car goes dead silent.

"Well I'll see you around Nicole.." Luke says giving me a quick kiss on the cheek and then he walks back to the venue.

"So what the hell was that?" Jess asks as we're driving out of the venue.

"Uhm are you kidding me right now?! I should be asking you the same thing!" I say growing more and more upset.

"You told me to go for Luke, so I did."

"You're ridiculous! I can't even believe you right now!" I decide to shut my mouth before I end up telling her anything about liking Luke.

Jess continues to yell at me accusing me of trying to steal her guy and what not but I tune her out, trying to focus on the traffic surrounding us.

I look over at Jess for a few seconds and then back at the road. Lights flash before my eyes and then feel the hard jerk of my car collide with another.

A car had just cut me off.

Oh my god.

No.

This can't be happening.

This can't be real.

Gotta love plot twists!! Lol

Hey guys, heres chapter 7! I hope you enjoyed it! Sorry I put so many plot twists within like 2 chapters but it felt like the right way to go with the story.

I really hope you enjoy reading this fanfic and I'm trying to make it better. I really enjoyed writing these last couple chapters!
