"Hughes?" I repeated. Cheryl nodded. "Is something wrong?" She asked confused. "No, it's just, nevermind." I said turning away. Hugo? Hugo Hughes? My little sister's best friend's brother was Hugo Hughes? What if he remembered me? I vaguely remembered his little brother. How could I forget his name? "It's fine." I said turning back to my little sister. "Is it okay if I meet them after we perform?" I asked putting on a fake smile. "Sure!" She chirped. "Ready?" Lily asked grabbing her car keys. "Please no stalkers in the bushes! Please no creepers!" I hear Liv mutter as we left the garage. "Tough luck." Lauren said laughing. A saw a figure move in the bushes. "Yo dude!" I yelled. "If you want an autograph just ask!" I said laughing. The figure stood up. He blushed. "Can you make it out to Daren?" He asked. "Sure." I said. "Just tell your friends that we appreciate it if you don't get some binoculars and head over here got it?" Lily said as she signed it. "Are you a Lover, Lunatic, Laugher, or the Lucky one?" I asked. True to our band name being Lx4 we decided our fans could pick which of the 4 they wanted to be. "I guess as of right now I'm the Lucky one." He said blushing again. He ran off.
*Mitch's P.O.V.*
"JEROME WILL YOU HURRY IT UP?!* I yelled. "HOLD ON BIGGUMS!" I heard him yell back. My little brother ran up to me. "You're going to meet Cheryl and her sister today right?" He said jumping up and down. "Yes dood! Calm down!" I said laughing while ruffling his hair. "Not the hair biggums!" Connor said smiling. "You're spending too much time with Jerome." I said shaking my head. "Adam! Ty! Jason! Ian! Quetin! ESPECIALLY JEROME! GET YOUR BUTTS DOWN HERE!" I yelled at the top of my lungs.
*DA FLASHBACK IS BACK!*
"I'm sorry." I said looking at Dawn in the eyes. She looked like she was going to cry. "Mr. Hughes?" The police officer said. "It's okay. I'm leaving." I said. I watched as she threw a coin into the fountain. I left.
*TIME WARP*
We were in a car. Dawn and I. "This is going to be great!"She said squealing. "Yeah. Your not mad at me anymore now right?" I asked smiling. "I guess." She said furrowing her brow. Everything went wrong. I heard glass shatter and the sound of metal hitting metal. I heard sounds of blood curling screams and everything flipped upside down. "Dawn!" I yelled. I heard screeching tires. Then everything went black.
"Where am I?" I asked. I was laying on a white bed in a room filled with a bunch of machines. "Honey? Mitch?" I saw a woman standing over me. "Who are you? Where am I?!" I asked furious. "You-" She started. A man in a white coat walked in. "Good, he's awake!" The man said. "I'm Dr. Mino." He said extending his hand. I shook it. "Mrs. Hughes? May I speak to you outside?" He asked facing the woman. She nodded and looked at me. I could hear their conversation. I picked up words like crash, amnesia, and atleast a year. The doctor came back in. "So Mr. Hughes." The doctor said sitting up. I opened my mouth to speak. "You're in the hospital." He said. "Why?" I asked. "You got into a nasty car crash with another girl and a man. They're both fine. One has some torn skin and some bruises and the other has a broken bone but they'll will be fine. You on the other hand have amnesia." Dr. Mino said looking at me watching for my reaction. "Amnesia?" I said. "Loss of memory." He answered. "That woman was your mom by the way." "Oh." I said turning away. "I know it's a lot to process. If you have any questions I'm here to answer them." Dr Mino said smiling. "Just one. Where's Dawn?" I asked. "Not possible." the Doctor whispered.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
