Layla's P.O.V.

"I can't believe I agreed to this." I groaned. "Hey! Lauren and Lily are going to be wearing dresses too!" Liv protested. I sighed. "Fine! Fine!" I said holding my hands up in surrender. We were standing in the dressing rooms at some super popular store. Liv insisted that we all wear dresses because we were the "hostesses." Lauren and Lily already had picked out their dresses and of course Liv had a whole closet of them. I squeezed into the next dress.

"I look a like a freaking cupcake."

"But you look like a pretty cupcake!" Lauren said giggling.

"Try the next one." Liv said to me. "Of course my queen!" I said curtsying. I went back in the dressing room and sighed. I took off the ugly pink dress and threw it on the floor. I put on the next dress. It was much better. I walked out.

"You...look...amazing!" Lily said smiling. I grinned. "Honestly you do look amazing!" Liv said beaming. I looked at myself in the mirror. "It seems a little girly for me." I said out loud. Lauren rolled her eyes. "I knew you'd say that so I bought you something." She said pulling something out of her bag. She pulled out a jean jacket. I slipped it on. "Perfect!" I announced. Liv rolled her eyes. "Of course you would. But you are totally wearing wedges!" She argued. I groaned. Liv would just not give up! "Fine!" I said finally.

I ended up buying a couple casual dresses and some other clothes.

*RIGHT BEFORE THE PARTY*

My curling iron beeped. I started to curl my hair slightly. "The things I do to keep Liv happy." I muttered. I normally didn't curl my hair. Sometimes I crimped it but it was naturally wavy. Liv insisted that I curled it a little though.

I walked into my room and pulled on my dress. I was so happy that Lauren had bought me that jean jacket. Without it I'd feel like I was revealing a little too much. I stood in front of the mirror and applied some makeup. "Are you guys ready yet?!" Lauren called from downstairs. "COMING!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. I slipped on a pair of wedges and walked down stairs trying not to slip and fall.

"YOU LOOK FABUSH GIRLFRIEND!" Lauren said jutting out her hip while acting like a diva. I laughed. I didn't want to brag but I did look pretty good.

At least I hope.

30 minutes later people started to arrive.

I had lost Liv, Lauren, and Lily in the crowd but I was standing at the front door greeting people.

"Great to see you!"

"The food's over there!"

"Thanks for coming!"

"Have fun!"

I wanted to puke from my perky attitude. I heard a car door slam and I looked up.

Good. The boys were here.

"Hey! You showed up!" I said to Jason as he walked in. "Well I have nothing better to do on a Friday night." Jason said rolling his eyes. I laughed. "We invited some other people if you don't mind." He said. "Whatever!" I said. "THE MORE THE MERRIER!" I said giggling. Jason laughed. "I'll see you around kay?" He said leaving. I nodded. The rest of team crafted walked in along with the guests they invited. Mitch was the last one to walk in. He smiled when he saw me.

"You look beautiful." He said.

I blushed. "Liv picked the dress out." I said to him. "Ah yes, Liv the dress expert." He said taking my hand. I felt my heart skip a beat. Calm down Layla. It's just Mitch.
