Chapter 4- The Makeover

Chloe's Pov:

1 Week later....

"I really don't think it's a good idea guys, I like being me. Plus, I don't think any addition to how I look no matter what you put on, will make much of a difference. No one will take interest in me!" I protest. Honestly, I think putting makeup on is just to cover up your natural beauty.

"As if. Now with your braces off, we see so much potential in you. Now, come sit." Zoey says as she pulls me onto her bed before pulling out a box. "You will now be the best masterpiece I have ever created. Right? Kylie? Silena? Now, sit here Chloe." she says as she pulls out a stool from underneath what seems like her makeup desk for me to sit on.

"As the school's Makeup Artist, I shall trust on her judgement in fashion because no one has as much fashion instincts as her." Silena says.

"Agreed!" Kylie chimes in with her head still buried in a magazine

"Did this really just happened over the fact that I just took off my braces?!"

"YES!!"

"NO!"

"Wait what? Oh... I mean Yes!" Kylie says hurriedly.

"Kylie, stop reading that magazine! You don't even know what are we talking about now!" Zoey exclaims as she examines which nail polish to use.

~Flashback~

Earlier that day...

"Ok we are going to take off your braces today. Don't worry it won't hurt that much." the orthodontist said as he get the tools out and prepares to take these annoying braces off.

Finally, after 2 years, I can get these off my teeth! I was so excited.

It was all over in a flash, and before I knew it, I was waving bye and skipping off down the path home.

~End of Flashback~

Now I am just sitting on the stool as Kylie and Silena paint my fingernails while Zoey does my toenails. Apparently, it is the hardest nail to polish perfectly. Then Zoey asks which shampoo and hair conditioner scent I wanted, to which I choose vanilla. Unsurprisingly they both came from "Secret Locks", a very expensive, high quality shop where you can only find in Switzerland. Then it was time to choose which perfume scent I would like to which I pick Evelyn Rose.

After the nail polishing and soaking in a very long bath, Zoey helps me put a very light blush on.

"Voila! The almost perfect model! We just need to find clothes that will suit you, but with this kind of light makeup anything would work! Oh My Gosh, I'm going to have a heart attack!" Zoey says as she jumps up and down.

"Calm down! You're freaking poor Chloe out!" Silena says as she tries to calm the 17 year old looking 5 year old kid.

"Come on, get a better look at yourself." Kylie says as she stands up and leads me to a full length mirror.

"Look at yourself, if you're going to say that you're ugly. We are going to be trolls." Silena says. BFF comforting me or not, she is right. I do look better. Ok. I look way better than before...

"Alright! Now that we are done, let's go watch a movie!" Kylie exclaims, breaking me out of my chain of thought.
