Song of the chapter/ Pieces by Andrew Belle

"What do you think?" Dianna questions nervously, waiting for Asher's reaction as he stares at the room, his eyes roaming around each and every corner of the flat she'd spent the past month and a half decorating.

"It's.....beautiful." Asher smiles, and leans in to kiss her quickly. "This is amazing. How did you even do it all alone?"

"C'mon, don't give me all the credit. I had all of your helps. Zach, mom, Meredith, you, even Jason."

"Yeah, we did what you asked us to which was to bring the furniture, and put in a place where you told us to. It was all you doing. You selected the furniture, paint, and decoration stuffs and all. This is fantastic. Now, I am even more certain that your boutique is going to be one of the most popular boutiques of this town." Asher compliments, making Dianna giddy with happiness.

She had been working on her boutique since the day she bought it on rent and so far she has been satisfied with the work she has done. Since, it's just the start so she hasn't hired too many staffs, just the two girls; one for the reception and one for helping her out with the customers. For the clothes, she had taken it upon herself to design all the clothes for her boutique, and not showcase other's designs. She wants the opening of the boutique which is a week away, to be perfect as ever.

"That's so sweet of you." she kisses his cheek. "But, I am still nervous. What if they don't like the boutique or the clothes I've designed?"

"Have you seen your designs yourself? That's fantastic. I don't know much about fashion and even I can tell that it's mind-blowing. Don't stress yourself."

"I know, I know. I just can't help it." she exhales a long breath, then, turns to him with a smile. "You'll come to my opening right?"

"I don't think Zach will appreciate my presence." Asher's smiles fades for a second but he quickly replaces it with a hopeful look. "You don't worry. Even if I won't be there with everyone, I will be there to congratulate you."

Dianna rests her head in his chest and sighs wistfully. "How I wish everything would go back to the way it was before. I have never wished for anything more than you two getting back together."

"I know, honey." Asher coos, then, quickly changes the subject before it can dampen her mood. "Now, c'mon, don't ruin the mood. I am returning after a week, and you've finally moved into your own house. That means I can have you all to myself without having you to worry about Zach and sneak back early in the morning for the fear that he will drop by unannounced." He wiggles his eyebrows mischievously. "So, what do you think about a wonderful date night with me Dianna Taylor?"

She wraps her hands around his neck, pulling him closer. "That sounds like fun, Asher Cameron." Then, they kiss forgetting everything and everybody for a briefest of moment.

"Are you sure you're going to be fine with spending some time with my mom, alone?" Dianna asks for the twentieth time over the phone to Meredith. Since she moved into her house about a week ago, which by the way her mother was still not happy because she wanted her to stay with her for a little bit longer, but she insisted as she had already stretched her stay by a month.
