Song of the chapter/ Poison and Wine by the Civil Wars.
Opening up a boutique of her own has always been the biggest dream of Dianna, ever since she was a little girl, and had been able to draw an apple perfectly. Becoming a well-known fashion designer and owing a boutique has been what took her to New York five years ago.
And, now as she is standing in the middle of the house, inspecting each and every corner of the place, she cannot be more than sure as she already is that this is the perfect place for her long awaited boutique. The moment she entered the house, she knew she'd say yes to this deal no matter the price.
"So, what do you think about the place?" The old man questions, staring at Dianna closely and looking for a sign to her answer in her face. He was an old but jovial kind of man with an ever-green smile plastered across his face. As Dianna brought her attention back to the old man upon hearing his question, she cannot help but smile back.
"This is perfect. It's just.....amazing." Dianna says, her eyes dancing alight with happiness as she glances at Asher. "What do you say, Asher?"
Asher responds to her question with a smile of his own. "I like it."
And that was all they said before they signed off the deal.

"Calm down your horses, girl." Asher says to an excited Dianna who just can't seem to stay in one place, without jumping up and down in joy.
"Oh, my god!" she exclaims, probably for the sixth time since they left the house about.....three minutes ago. "I can't believe this is actually happening. All my life I have been dreaming about this moment and now that it'd actually come true I can't seem to believe it. I am finally going to have my own boutique. Can you believe it, Asher?" she turns to face him, beaming with joyfulness, and just as she goes to high five him, accidentally she high fives to his face.
Dianna gasps in horror as Asher groans in pain. "Oh, my god! I am so sorry Asher. Did I hurt you?" she asks as he catches his nose in his hand, rubbing it gently.
Without taking of his hand of his nose, he brings forward the other free hand, raising an index finger in air as he says, "First of all, don't say 'oh my god'. I swear to god if I hear you say that one more time, I am going to go insane," then he raises another middle finger along with an index finger, continuing, "and second off all, I am hell of a proud of you at this moment and happy that you accomplished your dream in such a young age but please, try not to ambush me in the face or more my nose from next time."
Dianna chuckles though a small blush makes its way to her already rosy cheeks. "I will try not to." she replies, haughtily as she flicks her hair over her shoulder.
Asher rolls his eyes in annoyance, but smiles nevertheless. Rubbing his nose one last time, he fishes out the car keys, and gestures his hand towards his awaiting car to Dianna. "Let's go."
Dianna nods her head, but as she walks around the other side to get into the passenger's seat, as she hasn't brought her car with her due to Asher's insistence on carpooling; a thought occurs in her head, and she turns to Asher with a smile. "I want to meet your granddad."
Asher pauses with the door wide open, and looks up to meet Dianna's happy but determined eyes, his face contorting with pure shock and confusion. "What did you say?"
