Across The Bay

Chapter 5

T and K walk into the main area. K sets T down on the couch on the far left. And she soon sits down next to him.
"Hey T, how are you feeling?" May asked.
"I'm alright, could be a lot worse." T responded.
"Where's Kat and A?" K asked.
"Oh they went to sleep. Tired from fighting." May responded looking at K.
"You in any extreme pain, T?" May asked.
"Nah not really. I'm fine."
"Ok well I think I'm going to. Wait, K where did you get that scratch from?" May asked curious.
"I don't know. You have one too. But it's probably nothing." K responds.
"Yea probably. I'm going to go to sleep. See you guys in the morning." May said, getting up.
"Night May." K responded.
May walked out of the main area to her room. Closing the door behind her and turning on the light.
"You tired at all?" T asked, looking back at K.
"Kinda, but I'm fine. I don't wanna leave you all alone." K said yawning after.
"No it's fine. Go to sleep, after fighting, you need it." T stated, attempting to get up, but instead feels a sharp pain in his side.
"Here let me help you to your room." K said, helping T up.
"Thanks." T said.
K walked T to his room and turned the light on. K took him to his bed and laid him down. He soon was out like a light. K turned his light off and turned to her room. K lied down and feel asleep.
After K left his room, T got up and got changed into his mission clothes. He was sore, but it was bearable. T went out of this emergency exit that he created just in case. He walked out into the night to go and find the guys who killed his half-brother.
