Across The Bay

Chapter 13

*two weeks later*
"Finally this is done." T sighed looking around the base.
The base looked brand new. There were five main rooms, six including the room where they all slept. There was a kitchen, planning room, weapons, medical, and the main room.
The kitchen was a simple kitchen with a fridge, counter space, and a table in the middle.
The planning room had a circular table in the middle with chairs for everyone to sit in. Behind one of the chairs, there was a map of San Francisco. That's typically where T sat.
The weapons room had weapons lining the walls. Knifes and such dangerous items were hung from the walls.
The medical room was a smaller room compared to the others. There was a simple bed like cot in the middle of the room with blankets and a few pillows. Next to the bed was a candle that could help them see if it was dark.
The main room had chairs and a couch that could sit up to three. They all faced each other so they could talk if needed.
"Well at least it's finally done." K said relieved.
"Very true. I'm exhausted. Let's go to sleep." Dyl stated getting up.
"Alright I'm going to bed too." A agreed.
After a long few weeks, they finally went to sleep in their new base.
