You and The Doctor finally got married, in secret of course. Now it was time for him to meet your family. You didn't want to take the Tardis because you didn't want to freak them out on their first day of meeting The Doctor. So you both agreed to fly to the US where you landed in Florida because thats where your family lived. Once you got there you have to drive 3 hours out to get to the home you grew up in. You decided to drive because you were afraid The Doctor might crash your car and forget your not in the Tardis.
"You seem a bit nervous love" The Doctor smiled and looked out the window.
"No not really, I mean we are married and it's their first time meeting you" You reply and keep your eye on the road.
"I'm sure everything will be fine" The Doctor smiled and messed with the radio switching through channels and ended up finding nothing he liked so he turned it off. Once you got to the house The Doctor grabbed both your suitcases and took them up the stairs to the door. You knock and wait for them to open it.
"(Y/N)! You're here!" Your sister squealed and opened the door for you to enter. You hold the door open for The Doctor as he brings in his stuff.
Both of you get inside and set your stuff to the side.
"Hi mom" You smile and hug her and then hug your dad.
"And who is this fine, young man?" Your mom ask.
"This is The Doctor, my husband" You reply.
"So this is the guy you've been talking about?" Your sister smirks
"He is like twig skinny"
Your dad shakes his hand
"Pleasure to meet you both!" The Doctor cheers and shakes your dad's hand and kissed your mother's hand.
"Dinner is ready" Your mom said and directed everyone toward the kitchen.
"So what do you do for a living?" Your dad ask The Doctor.
"Well, I trav-.." You stomp on his foot. He twist his head and looks at you and realized "I work for the FBI" He let's out a breath.
"Really? Must be hard" Your mom replied.
"Here and there yeah! Totally" He exaggerated.
"How old are you?" Asked your sister.
"Ninehun- 37" He took a bite of his bread. The evening continued with a lot of questions and just having fun. In all your parents like him and it was the funnest road trip back home.
