Ok so, here's a real life experience of today:
While I was walking out of school, there was a 1st year girl (the years work just like in Harry Potter as I go to a British school) walking out too. She was wearing a Gryffindor scarf, I was too. So I said to her "I like your scarf" she smiled and said "I like yours too"! My friends looked at me as if I was a psycho! But it was lovely meeting a Potterhead!
