Thomas' point of view!!
I told her she tasted like peach, that it was delicious, because she did, and it was. In reality though there were so many more tastes. Apple juice, for example, and birthday cake.
And she smelled like she'd just stepped out from a hot shower. She smelled like makeup, although I noticed she wasn't wearing much. I liked it, she looked softer, more gentle. When we kissed she smelled like lavender, and another floral scent, but it was faint.

I couldn't stop the smile that crept onto my lips when I passed her in the corridor. She was talking animatedly to Ryan, but waved and smiled somewhat shyly to me when our eyes met.
Ryan was part of the whole jock, prom king nominee, dickhead group. Yet he wasn't that bad. I remember him helping me out one time when I was running to school in the pouring rain, by offering me a lift. He hung out mainly with Jordan and Evan, but didn't engage in their stupid comments on passing girls or their bullying. He was funny, and Milly liked him, so that was enough for me to not hate him.
I felt jealous, I hate to admit that, but it's the truth. I was actually jealous, of Ryan. Just the way Milly gazed adoringly up at him and the casual way she linked her arm through his, they looked so right together. It made me start to remember why we hadn't talked in the first place.
But the kiss, it was real, wasn't it? Not some sunset-edged fantasy, not a warm skinned, soft lipped dream?
A/N: So.. it's been a while. How've you been? Nice haircut, is that a new haircut? I thought so.. ahem. Sorry. Exams. Life. Meh. I love writing this so much. Thought I'd try a new bit, sorry it's short but that's how it felt. X
