End of Heartache, the Continued Case of.... (Sebastian x Reader)

Chapter 19

"Well done Eric. Well done Vixen" Father told the two of us.
"With the successful capture of the two demons our plan can begin to move onto Phase 2"

"One problem with that Father" Eric spoke up.
"The human girl is protected by yet another"

"Is that so?" Father spoke, his eyes narrowing at Eric.

Eric was supposed to have checked her out. Supposed to find out everything about this girl before we even went through with this much of the plan. Father should never have given Eric such an important job. I knew he would screw it up.

"Yes. Another demon. I fear they have marked too" He explains his head bowed low.

"That wasn't part of the plan. She was supposed to be alone right now. We need her in order for Phase 2 to be a success..." Father begins to growl at Eric.

Smirking I sense my opportunity to finally one up Eric. He had made so many mistakes lately and I couldn't wait to swoop in. Swoop in and better him.

"Father?" I question knowing not to interrupt him straight out.

"What is it Vixen?"

"Let me handle this one. I can easily distract any man, women or demon alike. I'll entangle him in my web and while he's not looking, Eric can swoop in and snatch the girl. If that not to hard for him" I explain.

I was as Father mulls my idea over in his head. Watch as we works out the plausibility of my plan.

"Father please!" Eric suddenly buts in.
"Vixen is to inexperienced compared to this demon. He would be able to see through her deception within seconds"

"THEN YOU MUST NOT FAIL!" Father shouts at him.
"If you only have seconds then you must not fail. You don't want Vixen to die, then you must succeed before she is found out.

Vixen. We will move forward with your plan. Starting tomorrow you will find the girl and her demon. You will bring her to me. Bring me both of hem for a special reward. That is my final word" .

"Yes Father" Eric and I Bow

And with Father slinks away.

Turning around I see Eric fling himself at me. He tackled me to ground and pinned me beneath him.

"Got under your skin did I?" I smirked up at him. I knew I wasn't as strong as him but I could still rattle him up.

"Don't do it" He warned.

"Why? Because it's dangerous? Because you don't want me to get hurt?"

"Yes. Because I care about what happens to you. You shouldn't have even gone after Sebastian by yourself. What if the potion hadn't taken effect and he had overpowered you?" He asked his eyes softening as he looked at me.
It just made me mad.

"I'm not weak!" I scream up at him. My knee shot up to gut him and I twisted us round.

This time I was sat across his chest. Bums arms pinned under my knees and my legs twisted round his. I kept punching my fists down on his chest as I screamed at him.
"I'm not weak! I don't need you to care for me! You didn't before so why should you now!"

"Charlotte please" Eric pleaded.

"DONT CALL ME THAT! ITS VIXEN!" I screamed.
"That's what he always called me! So that who I am!"

My tears streamed down my face the more I thought about him. His emerald green eyes and his smile reserved only for me.

"That's all I have left of him now" I cry my fists ceasing the pounding on Eric's chest.

"I have to do this. I have to kill Sebastian. I have to break him heart the same way he broke mine all those years ago. I'm going to destroy the people he cares most about. Just like he killed the one I loved" I vow.

Looking at my ankle I can still the symbol he left their when he died. The symbol that marked us as each other's. Sebastian would pay for killing my soulmate. He would pay dearly.

"Vixen" Eric's voice sounded calmly from under me.
"I want him dead as much as you do. I want to see him heart shatter when I take my pet back. I want to listen as he howls in pain when his little human friend plunges the demon sword into his chest. But if you died, then who would be there to enjoy that with me?"

"No one" I smirk.
"When it's all over we're going to bathe in Sebastian's blood. Then just like Father promised, we'll see them again"

"Father always keeps his word. So you keep yours. Don't. Die" He growls at me.

"Oh I promise" I smirk down at him.

Bringing my face down closer to his I stare hard into his stone cold eyes.
"Where would be the fun in that?"

"Speaking of fun...." Eric spoke huskily.
"Are you thinking what I am?"

"Naturally" I smirk back.

"I've got a brand knew set of holy blades that are just looking for some demonic test subjects" He smiled devilishly

"And I know two pathetic demonic subjects hanging from the chains in our dungeon.....let's go have some fun"

"First one there gets to cut out their eyes" Eric wagered.

With that we jumped up and ran towards the basement. I couldn't wait for Sebastians pained screams to fill up my ears. Couldn't wait to see him cry tears of helplessness as I gouged out the eyes of his little girlfriend. I would paint them both red with their own blood as the other watched.
