Chapter Four.

You saw Diablo standing there waiting for you to get back. His hand once again suspended in mid air waiting for you to take it so you did you took one last look back at the scene behind you. Harley was holding onto your body Deadshot was next to her with his hand on her shoulder, Boomerang was wiping tears from his cheeks and Katana was looking down on your body. You were going to miss them so very much, it seemed weird to you that your time was up so quick you would have never taunted the guard if you had known he would bring your life to an end.

"(Y/N) you ready?" You nod.

It was warm and sent an electric shock up your arm making your body tingly.

"Hold your breath." He advised.

You held you breath as you waited to be taken away... nothing happened you were still in the same place as before expect Diablo wasn't here this time. You let go of the breath you were holding and spun around.

"Diablo?" You ask.

"Diablo!" No answer.

Why didn't you cross over? Was this that bullshit where you still had something to do on the living plain? You watched as Harley stood up from where your body was she fell into Deadshots chest.

"Harley!" You shout.

You run over to her and place your hand on her shoulder, you forced a small pulse to rush out of your arm and to her shoulder. She jumped and looked around her make up had smeared and her eyes were red and puffy.

"(Y/N)?" Yes!

You sent another shock to her shoulder and she let go of Deadshot.

"If that's you shock me twice." Her voice was gravelly.

You sent two shocks her way.

"(Y/N)." She cried out.

Everyone stared at her like she was nuts.... Deadshot shook his head.

"Harley she's gone. She's not here anymore." But Harley didn't listen.

"She is she just shocked me, I felt it I swear. (Y/N) do it to Deadshot show him your here by shocking him." You didn't know how many more pulse shocks you could do.

Despite being powerful it drained your energy pretty quick, but you did it anyway you placed your hand on Deadshots chest and sent him a shock.

"She's not lying." You start to feel light headed.

You had to stop and regain your energy or you wouldn't be able to make contact with them again.

"I thought you said Diablo was taking you to a better place? If something happen shock me once if something's wrong shock me twice." Weren't they the same thing?

You probably could fit a few more shocks in before you would have to stop for the day, you shocked three times.

"Is three for both? Shock once for yes and two for no." These were it you didn't think you would be able to do anymore after these ones.

You sent one pulse and then collapsed onto the ground, you tried to gather your thoughts but they seemed to be scattered. You lay down on your side and close your eyes sleep seemed to be a good decision about now.

"(Y/N) is Diablo there?" You didn't answer.

"(Y/N)?" Her voice started to shake.

"Are you still there." Yes you wanted to scream.

You wanted her to hear your voice to reassure her that you were there but you could only make contact physically. Harley looked around her she was looking for you but she was losing hope very quickly and all you could do was lay there.
