"Do you still love me?"

I inched away from your heated gaze.

I had no where else to go because I was locked up in the car with you.

I swallowed the dry lump in my throat and looked away from you.

You got closer and closer until our noses were almost touching.

We were just a kiss away from breaking the wall of our shallow breaths.

Thunder and lightning clashed in the sky, rain droplets started to pour down on us.

"Yes." I mouthed silently.

You searched my emerald orbs and snaked your right hand around the nape of my neck.

My breathing hitched as you softly melded your warm lips against mine.
