I promise that I won't feel jealous anymore.
I promise that I will start talking to Benjamin less and less.
I promise that I will stop loving him, but only at a certain point in time.
I keep telling myself all of these things, but it's not that simple.
Do you know how it feels like to see someone that you love laugh and smile with somebody else?
Do you know how it feels like to constantly worry about the fact that the person you love could be stolen from you easily out of reach?
Do you know how it feels like to be torn from the inside and out, knowing that you may not be able to spend the rest of your life with the person you have always wished to be yours?
To me, love can be a curse I tell you.
And at times, it can be an eternal blessing.
But my case is entirely different than the other fortunate people who have already found their own true love.
