"You really need to stop picking on her. She's had enough already," I hissed at Stacey.
The platinum blonde girl reached for my wrist and gripped it tightly.
"No way! Benjamin deserves someone better, and I know exactly how you feel about him! He should be giving you a chance instead."
"Even if I have feelings for him Stacey, it's not going to work out that way. Benjamin has known Myra a lot longer than he has known me."
"Dont tell me you're going to quit liking him?" Stacey leaned her head closer to my face and asked in a mere whisper.
"No," I murmured back firmly.
I knew that I wasn't at all too affected by the kind of interaction Benjamin had with Myra.
I keep telling myself that, but inside it was completely the other way around.
