Chapter 2: Train ride to hell

*** Here is another short one but I think that is what this story is going to be. One really big book with a whole bunch of short chapters. This way it will be easier to update. Again don't hate me imaginary readers.***

I am driving to the Murdoch train station with my girlfriend Sophie as we both sit there singing to a random song on the radio. Sophie and I both got accepted into Murdoch alone with a few of my other friends, thank God. I don't know what I would have done if I had to go alone.

I look ever to Sophie as her long black hair flows over her shoulder and her vivid blue eyes meet mine. "What are you staring at?" she asks with a laugh that sounds like a bell.

"I'm staring at a perfect thing in the world," I tell her not caring if I sound cheesy. Sophie blushes a bright red that engulfs her pale face entirely. She is the caption of the cheerleader squad and I am a quarterback. Typical football and cheerleader relationship. I don't get why she would want to date me, I am just some jock that isn't even that good looking. I have dark tan skin, squinty brown eyes, and dark chestnut hair. I am just Calum. Ordinary old Calum, but for some reason she chooses me.

We go back to our singing and in no time we pull up to the train station. We finish unpacking and find a seat next to my two friends Andrew and Josh. We sat down just as the train began taking off from the station on its way to Murdoch. I shift in my seat so that I can talk to Sophie but before I do a guy with dark blue hair, emerald green eyes, and a cute eyebrow pricing catches my attention. He is sitting across from me talking with another guy that has curly brown hair. I don't know why this guy caught my attention, but I can't look away.

Suddenly his emerald eyes meet mine and I'm forced to look away.I look over to see a pair of dark brown eyes staring at me before they quickly dart away. The pair of eyes belonged to a very good looking guy. He has dark tan skin and dark brown hair. From the luggage around him, I assume that he is going to Murdoch as well. Maybe, just maybe, we will have some classes together.

I look at the people he is sitting with and inwardly groan. They are a bunch of jocks so I wouldn't be surprised if he is one too. He is sitting down next to a girl with jet black hair and blue eyes. Damn it, I think to myself, he's straight. All the good hot ones always are. The black haired looks from her boyfriend to me and back again a few times as though she were confused.I look away and turn to Ashton. "I need to go to the bathroom," I tell him silently pleading with him to go with me. He sighs and stands up grabbing my hand and leading us through the crowded train.

We get a little lost and I decide to ask for directions. "Excuse me?" I ask a guy with blond hair and a lip piercing. "Do you know where the bathroom is?"

I look up at the person who just asked me where the bathroom is. He has dark blue hair and an eyebrow piercing. I look over at the boy beside him and my heart flutters a little bit. He has longish curly brown hair, light brown eyes, and dimples a mile deep.

"Um, that way I believe." I tell them pointing down the train car."Okay, thanks." The blue haired boy says as he walks toward the bathroom. My eyes linger on the brown haired boy for a second longer before looking back down at the text in my hand.

"Hey, Lukey. I miss you so much already. I hope you have a great time at college. XOXO mommy." This is going to be a long year.
