(Bill’s POV)
Where am I...? All I see is light blue background, and white sparkle in front of me.
"Bill...." I hear a voice coming from the white light.
"Who's there?" I call out, a lady coming out of it. "Uhh, Kisha...?" She smiles and walks to me. She’s wearing a long, white, silk, dress. "Where are we?"
No answer.
She stops right in front of me and leans in. As she did, she kissed me passionately and held me tightly. Seconds passed, but I can't feel my feet touching the floor anymore. I looked down, we're flying.
"Kisha!" I scream, holding her more tightly. She smiles again, not saying anything.
"It's all just a bet." She says. I was shocked, I couldn’t believe it.
How are we flying? How did she know about it? Why is she doing this?
"How did you know?" As I finished that question, she lets go of me and let me fall down. "Kisha! Nooo...."
*scream*
"Kisha? What happened?!" Mitch says. "Nightmare?"
"Yes...”
“That Kisha knows about the bet."
( Lorane's POV )
I heard a scream as I was walking in the hall. It came from Bill's room, but I guess Mitchell got it all covered. I peeked a little scene and heard Bill and Mitch talking.
"What? How did she know about the bet?!" Mitch says worried.
"I don't know. But I'll make sure Kisha won't know about it. And, I'll still continue it." Bill says.
Wait, what bet? I'm very confused, I moved my head a little to hear much better.
"You sure? What day is this anyways? 10th?" Mitch ask, Bill just shrugged.
"Anyways, remember that 30th day, ask her to be your girlfriend, and..." Mitch pauses, Bill continuing it.
"And say it was all just a bet. Yes, I remember." Bill says, tears falling out of his eyes. Mitch pats Bill's shoulder and started walking to the door. I quickly went to my bedroom and locked it.
"Lorane?"
"Oh sheet." I was shocked as Kish called my name.
"Did I scare you?" She chuckles. "Sorry."
"It's okay.. But I have news for you." I said worried.
"What's it?" I took a deep breath before saying the truth. "Bill is just making you fall in love with him and-"
"Say it's all just a bet.. I know." Kisha knows? How? She didn't tell me? "How...?" I asked, too much confused.
"I heard them from school." I nod.
"Got a plan?" I ask.
"Yes."
~~~~~
( Bill's POV )
11th day of the bet, maybe the day I admit it to her. That I like her. Yeah, I'll admit it later at tutoring..
(Kisha's POV )
Tutoring, again. Tutoring the bet.
I don't feel comfortable anymore. I walked to the swimming pool and dipped my feet there, thinking of what'll happen at the 30th day.
"Kisha?" I hear a voice from behind. "It's me, Bill."
Oh great, he's here. "Oh hi." I replied shyly.
"I have to admit something to you." He says. Admit that it's all just a bet? Isn't it too early? Or... he's just told it early because he wants me to act and cover it for him?
"What's it?" I say as he dips his feet at the pool, like what I did.
"I know, it might be the wrong time. But..." He pauses. "I like you."
Hmm, sounds suspicious. My heart thumped loudly. Remember; it's all just a bet. "Uh." I don't know what to say. I know he's just lying but, I don’t know.. it sounds realistic.
"It sounds awkward...?" He says and I nod.
We spent the night together, having fun and all. He asked me to jump in the pool, I shook my head as a reply. He didn’t take it, instead he just pull my arms to the water. Catching me surely, our heads are near each other. My heart will probably run out of my chest in no time. Probably.
After that we just both sat on the long bench, dripping wet with robes covering us. We stared at the stars, shining all bright like gold. Ah, gold, my favorite. “They’re like gold… aren’t they?” I asked, Bill turning his hazelnut eyes on me.
I felt his hot stare on the other side, I just smiled. His Nutella-like eyes on me, I decided to make an awkward moment stare. His eyes locked on mine, feeling the burn inside my body. Butterflies in my stomach. My heart beating fast. My brain can’t think very well.
What is happening to me? I’m not in love with that boy, he’ll break my heart. Wait no… He BROKE it already.
