**Two years later**

So yes, i graduated and im now in my first year in college at Hinds. Wasnt really my choice but i got accepted so...

I dont live on campus because im the mother of two. I have an apartment outside of Jackson going into Clinton. It's a three bedroom. Keabran is now three and Elizabeth is two Alajah is six and Alijah is Three but a few months older than Keabran. Korby and i are nineteen , so is Shay. Bre is seventeen going on eightteen . All of us are at hinds except for Bre. She's still in high school. Shay and Korby are a couple they cute or whatever.

I have been doing better with myself, remember Poca? Well , she lives with me. After i changed my life i realized that she really hadnt done anything to me. I apologized to her and decided to help her.

She had a beautiful baby boy his name is Maleek. He is almost one. She had him after graduation. She doesnt go to college she stays with the Kids. Well , Beth and Maleek. Keabran goes to day care with Alijah. I was hesitant to let him go but Korby knew the people that worked in the daycare. And Keabran and Alijah would be in the same centers anyway because of there age. Alajah is in school , first grade.

Today is Friday and im going to my last class of the day ,Sociology. I took this class with Juan. Yea Juan still alive. He has been trying to avoid eye contact with me but he always end up looking at me. I guess he scared or something. No need to be scared, i aint like that no more.

As i walked in the nearly empty class the teacher greeted me," Welcome to class Ms.Taylor."

" Thank you Dr. Simmons." I say sitting down in the middle row. Korby walked in and sat beside me. Class began and as i was writing notes i heard "psst." I turned and looked at the back row i see Keyela .

I know my eyes decieving me. I aint seen Keyela in over two in a half years. I waved and turned back around. She just threw my focus off. When did she enroll here? Where has she been ?

At the end of class she walked towards me," Hey ko, how you been?"

" Better , you?" I ask looking around.

"Listen , i know i was a little liar back then but now im better. I apologize for blowing up on yall like i did i apologize.I realized that yall were right about me. I was in denial but i dont know why." She explained.

I nodded, " I apologize for that time i jumped on you. I wasn't in my right mind and alot was going on."

She opened her arms for a hug. I hugged her and got ready to leave. " You stay on campus?" She asked

"Na , i have an apartment." I say walking with Keyela on the side of me.

I could see her nodding out the corner of my eye. "So how are the kids? How old are they now?"

"Three and two and Korby's two are six and three." I said walking to my car.

I unlocked my doors and said bye to Keyela. As i was driving down the road my favorite song by musiq soulchild came on. Love.

I turned it up and started singing along," Love so many things i've got to tell you but im afraid i dont know how ..."

I was so deep into it i didnt realize my phone was ringing. I had seven missed calls from Korby and two new messages. I called korby back.

Me: Wassup?
Korby: Rashella in jail for murder.
Me: Who she murk?
Korby: They charged her with the murder of Kandre.
Me: *gets quiet*
Korby: Hello? Ko you there?
Me: Yea i just gotta think about some shit.
Korby: Look , im coming over so we can talk face to face.
Me: one.
