Empty Bedroom
by Chesz©Ceilings made of white
Light glowing so bright
Emptiness felt in every hearts
Loneliness echoing in four corners of the roomLove had abandoned me
Cold and numbness, I want to be free
Shattered heart of pain and misery
Never ending pain of memorySilence had made me deaf
My heart broken, like a torned autumn leaf
Alone in this frozen bedroom
I am prisoned and I am doom.Every wink of every eyes
I remember you and all your lies
You said you loved me for it was true
Melted my heart with your words and took me out of the blueWeeping alone but you cannot see
Trying to mend on my own
Times I cried one, two or three?
Hoping I'd be better, even when you're goneI'm on my way to recovery
But you still haunt me in my dreams
I wouldn't lie, once I've been happy
Sharing the nights of you and meAlone! for I am alone
Lying on this bed full of memories of us
Someday the heartaches will be done
Empty bedroom will be filled, a new love will be find at lastSubmission date : 2006-03-08
