Chapter I: Lost

Steven I
Steven woke up finding himself inside a ship that looked similar to the Rubies's ship. He was perplexed, and terrified at the same time, He started exploring around the mysterious ship, and he saw a diamond authority insignia. After he saw that he was extremely terrified. Had he just been captured by Homeworld Gems? Will he ever see the gems ever again? "No. No. No. NO! This cannot be happening! This must be a dream! I need to find the gems...." he said as he started sobbing. While he was crying hysterically, he heard a very annoying voice, that sounded almost like... Pearl..! "Pearl...!" He said as he was turning to his back, but instead of seeing his beloved Mom-Gem (is that what he calls her? Idk?) he saw a Pearl with darker skin, glowing eyes that were as black as the night sky, and she had black curly hair. He looked into her lucent gem, and said "Who are you...?" After he said that she looked very surprised and said "Well, this is quite the surprise, hello, Rose. I am Pearl, and well you see, we sort of need your help with another rebellion....." as she said this, he was kind of annoyed, mainly because he was not his mom, but he knew that she was a homeworld gem so he ignored the fact that she called him "Rose" "Well, um... first of all, Pearl, I am not Rose Quartz, I am Steven, and I would like to know what I am doing here, and what is going on." "Well you see, Ro--- er... I mean Steven, we found you in a pink bubble in outer space, while we wer---" he interrupter her and immediately said "Wait the gems! They're stuck in the moon with Lion! I have to go back to Earth!" After he rudely interrupted her she was just glaring at him, he eventually realized he interrupted her, and he said "Oh, well... sorry about that... please continue...." she continued to glare at him in a very sassy tone, and then she continued speaking "Like I was saying before I was rudely interrupted by someone in this ship--" Steven interrupted her by saying "Yeah, and that totally wasn't me....." she continued to glare at him with a more sassy tone and continued to talk "mhm, yeah I totally wasn't interrupted by you, not at all" she said as she glaring at him "Anyways, what I was trying to say is that, we were going to Earth, to ask the Great and Powerful Rose Quartz to help the Second Rebellion...." she paused, it looked like she was thinking of someone. "Are you okay?" He asked "Yes, thank you for asking Steven, anyways, while we were going there, we saw you inside a bubble and it looked like you were a human, and you were about to pass out, so... we took you in the ship....." she paused for a bit
"Sorry about that, well we're heading towards the Earth, is there anything else you would like to know?" She asked in a very calm tone. "Yes, what do you mean by "we", and also, do you know Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl?" He asked her. "Well, what I mean by we, is well... um... you know what, instead of telling you, I'll just show you. Follow me!" She said in a very excited Pearl-y voice. As Steven followed her, he looked at the windows, and saw the earth, the Earth seemed so close, to him, the earth looked as big as a beach all, but instead of it's brilliant rainbow colors, you could only see, blue, and green. Blue and green, why does that seem familiar to him? Then it came to him, he remembered Lapis, and Peridot, and he wondered of how worried they would be, Lapis, Peridot, and the gems are probably searching for him in the deep cosmos of the galaxy. Eventually they got to the control room. while there he saw another gem, that had green hair, it sort of looked like a peridot with straight hair, and the color of her hair resembled an emerald, as this gem turned around Steven could see her gem on her left cheek, as she saw him she said "Hello, Rose Quartz, I have been waiting to see you for a long time...!" Immediately after she said Pearl, informed her by saying that he wasn't Rose Quartz and that he was actually named Steven. "Oh... I am so sorry...um....Steven...?" She said looking very confused. "It's alright, many people have called me Rose Quartz instead of Steven I am pretty used to it. What is your name" He asked in a polite tone. "I am Emerald, as you know, we are on a mission to Earth to ask Rose Quartz for help. Tell me Steven, have you ever seen Rose Quartz?" He replied by saying "No, I have not seen her, she gave up her life to create me, she is my mother. Unfortunately she is gone." He paused. Emerald and Pearl looked very surprised, how could a great Military Leader like Rose Quartz ever fall? "Then who is the current leader of the Crystal Gems?" Asked Pearl. "The current leader of the Crystal Gems is, Garnet." He told them. "Wait you mean THE Garnet? The fusion? She is the new leader?" Emerald asked in a very surprised and confused tone "Yes, do you have a problem with fusion, Emerald?" He asked while glaring at Emerald. "Well in Homeworld it is seen as a disgusting act again gem rights, it is only used for war, what else are you supposed to use it for?! She's like a permafusion!" She said in a very disgusted voice. "Well, in Earth that is not true, fusion can be used for other things like... Love" he replied to her still glaring. "Have you ever experienced love, Steven?" Pearl asked "Well, I consider it love, but I'm not sure if Connie thinks it love, but... You know what lets talk about this later!" He replied to Pearl's answer blushing at the though of fusing with Connie ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Emerald was about to respond but as she opened her mouth, the computer said that they have arrived at Earth.

Some of you are probably confused, because I said that my friend would start the first chapter, but we both decided that I should write the first chapter, and yeah.
