We all start to head to the pack house. Arctic is wrapped in a couple of thick sheep blankets. She walks beside Cameron but on his left, as I walk on his right, hand in hand. The air is thick with moonlight. My wolf playfully runs in my head. She can feel it to. How the moonlight effects both of us. It's magical. I look over to Arctic, who seems to be 'soaking up the moonlight' too. Which is very unusual, because for some reason I have been the only wolf in the pack who does that.

I take a large breath. The air gets trapped in my lungs. It feels nice and fresh, all until I exhale, the joy begins to fade out with the used air.

We are now at the pack house. I can see the lights on at the bottom floor. Probably a meeting. Mark steps in the front of all of us and opens the door like the gentleman he is. As we move in, all eyes stare at us. But only for a moment, because curiosity overcomes these powerful wer and they are soon all staring at Arctic.

She gives them a shy glare, and a weak smile.

"Everyone, this is Arcty...Arc...um-" he rubs his neck. Something he does when he's nervous. I always thought it was cute. He looks at Arctic for help, and she moves to the front of the group. Nobody says a word except her.

"My name is Articya Neptuna-Celina Astréé Delfina." everyone looks at us like this might be a joke.

"She was found by our boarders. She has no home or family, and she is certainly not a rouge." Says Cameron with pride. It's like he's found some kind of treasure, and he's taking the credit for retrieving it. Everyone stars talking and yelling at once. All I can hear is:

"She's a rouge.....- How can we allow her in the pack...- ...maybe she can be of use...- rouge....- this is unessasary-.....vampires........-how can this be?- .....why is her name so long......- she's not like any wer I've ever seen."

I find myself screaming at all of them.

"Listen everyone!" the room is cold dead, "she is not a rouge. Trust me. I know we've all encountered rogues, and surely she is not one of them. And I don't know who, said it, but if you think she's a vampire... then something is wrong with your wolf." (We usually say that instead of 'something's wrong with your head' )

Mathue, a delta in training, stands from the right side of the long brown table. "Well how do we know this is true?"

"Mathue, would you ever underestimate your alpha?" Cam barks.

"No alpha." And he sits with his head low.

"Anyone else?" he asks. No one replies.

"Good. Now we need her to have a place to stay. Is there any extra omega rooms?"

A young wer named Adriane speaks "No alpha, the omega rooms are fully occupied. May I ask why you were suggesting those?"

"Well I didn't know if there would be any spare rooms in the apartments."

A husky wer by the name of Dentrie replies, "there aren't any rooms available in the apartments. In fact, many of the housing facilities are all occupied at the moment. The construction sites will not be ready in the next month or so."

"Ah. How many do they plan on building?" he asks.

"47 alpha."

"47 homes?"

"45 homes, and 2 apartment housing complexes."

I stare at Cameron. Knowing what he's going to say, again.

-do you mind her staying in the extra room at our house?-

I take a deep breath in, and sigh.

-fine-
