Who the hell was that? Why was some random girl calling Bone her toy? Bone is a powerful person, so for him to be referred to as a "toy" was weird.

I had been lost in thought, not noticing I had arrived in front of Bone's mansion. I opened the door, immediately locking my gaze with Bone. I was just tired of it all. I looked away, going upstairs and away from Bone.

When I reached my room, I sat on my bed. I felt like ignoring Bone forever. He was just so frustrating. I had never been handled this way. I had always dated the cute, shy guys. Not the protective, not treating me like glass guy.

Sometimes, I scared myself. I would wake up thinking of Bone.I would catch myself thinking of him. I hated it, I didn't want to think if him. I didn't want to give in. I couldn't accept this mate thing, no matter how much Bone wanted me.

I got up, opening my room door. I walked downstairs, seeing Mae. She looked to be cleaning something.

"Hey Mae, can I ask you something?" I asked.

"Sure, whatcha need?" Mae said, setting down the cleaner she was using.

I leaned against the white wall, contemplating my words.

"Is this mate thing just a feeling, or are you really meant for the person?" I asked.

"Mates are destined to be together. Even if you think your not, you'll find out why. I was only attracted to the bad boys ya know? So when I found out who my mate was, it confused me. At first, it wasn't what I wanted, but he was what I needed," Mae explained.

I nodded, Mae always had great advice to give.

"I wish I could have a love like you and your mate," I sighed.

"You just have to give Bone a chance. Like I gave Luca a chance."

"Thank you," I said.

Mae and I parted ways. I didn't wanna take too much of her time, so I went outside. I sat down in one of the chairs, enjoying the cool breeze.

"Hi," Bone said.

I jumped, not expecting him to pop out of no where.

"Hey."

"Why are you alone?" Bone asked.

I sighed in response. I didn't care to answer.

"Ya know, I would have left you by now," I started, looking over at Bone.

It looked like just the thought of me leaving angered him.

"Then I realised, that I would put myself at risk for bad things. Also the fact that you would find me. Sadly," I said.

"You would kill me," Bone said, his jaw set.

"You already killed me," I mummered.

"What?"

"Do you know how it feels to be kidnapped twice? Then you don't see your family, you can't even tell them your okay. I'm being held against my will, yet I have no choice."

"No, can't say I don't."

"Right, because all you do is take. You stole my rights! Does that matter to you? Do you ever give?!" I yelled.

Bone stood up, walking in frint of me. His arms were on either side of me, trapping me in the chair. He looked mad.

"Yes, I give. I think about how you must feel everyday! It kills me that I put you through hell! Yet, I can't let you go, I won't!"

I kept my mouth shut, too shocked. Bone actually felt this way?

"You can't love me," I mummered.

"Watch me," Bone muttered.

Suddenly, before I knew it Bone was kissing me passionately. He kissed me like I was his lifeline, trying to show me how much he cares for me. Heat and sparks errupted between us. Bone cupped my cheeks genlty, tilting my head up.

I was so caught up in us. I couldn't think, I just felt sparks. Suddenly, a I felt a sting in my neck.

"O-Ow," I whimpered at the pain, breaking away from Bone.

"What's wrong? Bone asked.

"My neck," I whispered.

Bone pushed my hair aside, exposing my neck.

"It doesn't look like anythings wrong."

"It burns," I gasped out.

Bone leaned down, skimmimg his lips on the left side of my neck. I gasped at the coolness. It slightly soothed the stinging.

"Its only your body telling me yet again to mark you," he muttered.

"Not happening," I said, rolling my eyes.

"You can't keep up this resistance for long."

"I'll try my best. You really think a kiss will make me like you?"

"No, but-"

"That's right, at least you know," I said, sitting back down.

Bone stared at me for a few moments.

"You are a lot more trouble then I expected," Bone said.

I didn't answer him, what was I gonna say?

"Yeah, you don't know me. Just like I don't know you. I didn't even know you were someone's toy," I said.

"What?" Bone said darkly.

"This blonde came up to me and said you used to be her toy," I said.

"Mina, don't listen to her, she's nothing to me!" Bone said, grabbing my hand.

  I pulled my hand away.

"Hey now, don't act like I'm jealous," I said.

  Bone grabbed my hand anyway.

"Ya know I don't like to be grabbed by kidnappers," I said.

Suddenly, Bone started raising his hand. I flinched back, waiting for the blow. I opened my eyes, seeing Bone look at me with a worried expression.

"Mina, why did you flinch?"Bone asked.

"I didn't," I said, avoiding his worried gaze.

"Did you think I was going to hit you?" Bone asked.

Looking away, I drew my knees up to my chest. I nodded my head, I did think he was going to.
Suddenly, Bone's arms were around me, hugging me.

"I would NEVER hit you, I'd rather die then hurt you. I was just swatting at a bug, I promise," Bone said, hugging me to his chest.

Somehow, I knew he was telling the truth. So far, Bone hadn't hurt me, so I believed him.

"I'm sorry, I just didn't have the best life."

"I will kill whoever dared to hurt you," Bone said, growling under his breath.

"It's-"

"Mina?" someone asked.

Bone and I broke apart. We both looked to see someone I had never thought I would ever see again. My sister.
