♥Chapter 9♥

     What the fucking hell was Bone doing?! I didn't even want to confront him. Why should I ever care. Suddenly, a sharp pain became noticed in my stomach. I doubled over in pain. Why did I hurt so suddenly?

   I heard a growl. I knew it was Bone. I jumped as a door slammed, shaking the walls. I heard his thundering footsteps, coming closer and closer. I leaned against the wall, not caring to hide that I knew.

"Open your eyes," Bone growled.

  I did, looking lazily up at him.

"Look, I don't care what's going on with you two. Just stay out of my way," I said.

"Its not what you think Mina!" Bone said, sounding angrier.

"Wow! You did not just use that cliche phrase!"

"She kissed me!" Bone argued.

"I don't see what you are trying to pursuade me of. I could care less, go sleep with her if you feel like it," I shrugged.

"Dammit Mina! Kat kissed me! I didn't kiss her back!"

"It does not matter, I don't mind," I said shrugging.

"You are so stubborn!"

  I was about to walk away when Bone pulled me back. He pushed me against the wall, and brought my lips to his. I weakened the exact moment our lips touched. My anger just melted away. I hate how he has this effect, yet I love it.

   Bone pulled away, a fierce look in his eyes.

"Do not say what you don't mean. You cared that she kissed me, but I promise you, it means nothing."

"Why did she kiss you," I asked.

"Kat has always been interested in me. I never payed much attention to her, but she just doesn't get it. When she saw me with you I think she got jealous. She was trying to pursuade me to leave you and kissed me," Bone explained.

"Oh."

   Wow I was stupid. That girl did seem jealous. I felt so dumb that I even questioned Bone.

"Bone, I'm sorry," I said.

"Its okay Mina. If I saw some guy kiss you he'd be dead," Bone said.

  I put my arms around his neck, hugging him. Bone hugged back fiercly, not wanting to let go. I pulled away soon after.

"Mina, I want things to be good between us. I know that you have trouble accepting everything, but I couldn't live without you," Bone said.

"I know. I am stubborn. I dont know, it feels like you care for me BECAUSE we are mates."

"That is completely untrue. You are my other half. I loved you before I talked to you."

"You......you love me?" I asked.

"With every single fiber in my body, I swear I do."

"Well this got real cheesy real quick," I commented.

   Bone laughed.It was so nice to hear him genuinely laughing.

"You don't have to say it back, its okay."

"Bone, I may not love you right now, but I can see myself loving you," I said.

   OMG. That was so cheesy, like four cheese cheesy. Mentally cringing, I found the floor quite interesting. Bone tilted my head up, and did the best thing ever. He kissed me.

   Later in the day, my sis and I were laying on my bed, enjoying lazyness.

"Wouldn't that be so cool if you had a mate?"I asked.

"Hell no," Beth replied immediately.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Cause, I can't be tied down. Gotta try all the fla-"

"DO NOT finish that sentence!" I yelled, laughing.

"Well, it would be pretty cool, but love is scary," Beth said, sighing.

"Preach. Bone and I are getting closer, plus its scary."

"Please, Bone himself is scary,"Beth said laughing.

"How?"

'Um, he's all Alpha male. She's mine, rawr, I am leader," she said, imitating a caveman.

   It wasn't long before we were laughing hard. I wiped the tears from my eyes, trying to calm down.

"Yeah, when I first met him he chased me around a kitchen!"I said.

  That set off a whole new round of laughter.

"I missed these times,"Beth said.

"Same here,"I replied.

"Ok, you haven't really told me everything about what's happened since you were kidnapped. Load it on me!"

  I did, I told her everything. The best part was, she hung on to my every word.
