It honestly felt like my mind was a battle field. My head couldn't give my sanity a break it seemed. Ever since Mae had slipped out that I had a choice of leaving, I couldn't stop thinking about it.
I didn't know everything about this rejection thing, but I had to do it. Yet, the other half of me was screaming not too. The reason for this? I had no clue, why would I want to stay with a kidnapper?
I knew the answer, because we were what werewolfes called mates. It felt like my thoughts were going in circles. I was lying in my bed, everyone was asleep. After Mae showed me my room, I excused myself and locked the door
I hadn't left this room since. It was a large room, with a a king sized, four poster bed. There was a large closet, It could fit my room back home. The bathroom was awesome. It had a huge bathtub, and was teal themed.
Everything had teal themed decorations. There was also a desk and a sitting area. The only crappy thing was that there was absolutely no windows. What an asshole, but it was a smart move on his part. I would have been long gone by now.
Well, everyone was asleep. I quietly unlocked the door, opening it. Thank The Lord nothing creaked. The hallway was quiet. My first impression of this house was that it was beautiful. It wasn't gaudily fancy, it was beautiful and homey.
The inside was quite large with a large gold staircase, chandeliers, portraits hung on.the walls. Everything was just beautiful. I walked down the hallway, coming upon the staircase. I slowly eased down the stair case. Finally, I reached the bottom.
I cringed, the hard wood floors were so cold. I had just tooken a step when someone cleared their throat behind me. Startled, I turned but my foot slipped. Before I fell, a strong pair of arms circled around my waist. I was pulled into someone chest.
Tingles, sparks. Dammit, it was Bone. I wanted to sink in the feeling he gives me, but I pulled away anyway.
"Escaping will do you no good. I can hear and smell you a mile away," Bone said.
I looked at him. Was my mouth watering? All I knew was that he was shirtless, and his sweats were low on his hips. Did he have an 8- pack? I snapped my eyes awa from his body when I realized I was staring too long.
"Had too try," I said dryly.
"Well. There is no escaping me Mina."
I almost melted at how he said my name. I honestly wanted to hide. I couldn't trust my thoughts apparently .
"I can always reject you," I said.
Bone froze. Suddenly, he looked pissed.
"Who told you that?!"
When I didn't answer, he roughly grabbed my uper arms. I made a small noise from pain as he squeezed, but he didn't let go.
"Let go!" I said.
"Tell me!" Bone demanded.
He looked crazed. It scared the hell out of me.
"M-Mae," I squeaked out.
He let go then, I sighed in relief. I put distance between us, he was crazy! I didn't want to be here!
Suddenly, the left side of my neck started to get really warm
"W- What's happening?!" I asked myself.
"What?" Bone asked, concern on his face.
"My neck is really warm," I explained.
