As the autobots advanced Megatron got closer to the battle and soon he saw them in his sights.
"Ah Optimus, nice you came to greet my new sparkling... to bad you'll all be dead by the time they would be able to see you." He said as they both fired shots at each other.
Soon enough it turned into an all out brawl, Megatron and Optimus at each other's throats. Knock out was supposed to watch you, but knowing him he was so caught up in the chaos and whining about his finish that you ended up wandering, seeing Optimus and Megatron fight.
Your (e/c) eyes widened as you watched the two large mechs duel each other to the possible death. You waddled over to the two of them and soon enough tripped in front of them, letting out some soft cries, both noticed you in the middle and soon enough they stopped. They exchanged glances before Bumble Bee swept in and grabbed ahold of you.
Megatron roared out angrily as he and Optimus fought Bumble bee ran for the groundbridge, Arcee carrying an injured Smokescreen before Optimus retreated with the rest of them the ground bridge closing behind them.
Megatron let out an angry yell that traveled through the entire warship. Everyone was startled, except Soundwave, because had knew he had to deal with his lords other shit later anyway. So he began trying to track down the child straight away
The small sparkling cried for the next 30 minutes of being in the autobot care, and no one could shut them up.
"Optimus please tell me you know how to shut them up?!? I've tried giving them low-grade already and they won't except it!" The medic said frustratedly.
The prime couldn't help but sigh, of course the sparkling would already be attached to the decepticons, but why was it so hard right not to make them-.. The crying stopped, the small sparkling was at Optimus' feet, curled up into a small ball as they laid a hand on Optimus' pede.
"Well then... Looks like the kid has a new favorite." Smokescreen commenting laughing loudly as they all glared at him and he shut up.
Soon enough the sparkling woke up again, and his time was silent, except for the small babbles and grabby hands at Optimus.
He picked up the young sparkling and cradled it, Bumble bee letting out small whirs and beeps of protest. (Shush it's my head cannon XD)
Optimus handed the now calm sparkling to Bumble bee, and as Bee held them he played with them for a moment before an intermission came through... It was from Megatron himself...
"Give back the sparkling prime!" he said in a threatening tone.
"Never Megatron." Optimus said as the conversation continued like this.
Soon enough the sparkling burst out into cries again in Bumblebee's arms. He let out a bit of beeps and whirls again and both leaders glared at each other, then back at the sparkling.
They're hearts melted at the small one's cries and they sighed.
"Very well..." they spoke stubbornly. "For the Sparkling's sake."
