It was now currently the morning and everything at the farm had seemed to calm down a little bit. However when Rick and the others came back with a severely injured Landon, everything completely changed.

When everyone decided to hold a meeting to talk about Landon, Axel set off to find April.

Lori had told the eldest Greene that the girl had left early this morning, saying she needed some time for herself.

Smiling a little at finding April amongst the trees sitting besides a log, Axel joins the girl by sitting besides her.

"You're back." April states when she finally notices Axel besides her before the girl gets up to hug him.

"I told you I would come back." Axel states before he places a kiss to the side of her head.

Pulling away, April smiles. "Is my dad okay? And the others?"

"They're fine. However we sort of ran into a bit of trouble. Long story short, we've got a new guest staying, his name is Landon." Axel responds before he moves the girl so she could lay on his chest instead whilst they both sat on the grass.

"What? What kind of trouble?" April asks worriedly.

Sighing, Axel begins to tell April everything about last night. However he leaves out the bit where Sage shot someone who was about to surrender.

"Do we trust this Landon person? Like, he's not going to live here is he?" April asks, not wanting a potential enemy near her or her family.

"Definitely not. I voted that we should ki-get rid of him. Drive him blindfolded somewhere and ditch him." Axel states, quickly covering up that he wanted to smash the guys brains in.

"Axel that's cruel. We can't leave him to the walkers." April responds before she sighs to herself at the difficult situation.

"Yeah my thoughts exactly. That's what I told the others but they disagreed." Axel lies before he strokes the girl's hair softly.

"What's wrong with you though? You've been quiet. Are you okay?" Axel asks, noticing the girl's odd behaviour.

At the question, April couldn't help but sigh again. "I confronted my mom and Shane...and it turns out you were right."
