"You're an idiot. You're a fucking idiot." Daniel says, pacing back and forth infornt of Siena. I'm not sure how she knows him but they seem close. I wonder if she knows about, well. Him.

"Daniel, I'm not stupid. I read the books in your room and I've seen your laptop. The fact that my friends are a part of this is- why couldn't you have told me?" Siena asks, looking at him in disappointment.

"Siena, how do you know him?" I ask, getting up and brushing the remaining dirt off of myself. We fled the scene without Camden and wound up at a taco bell down the street.

"He's my brother," She responds in a duhh tone. I back up and glance at Daniel, who's already staring at me.

"You trained me for things like that. I wanna go back." I stare firmly, clenching my fists. He sighs, shaking his head.

"Maizee. Camden has more experience than you. He's got this." He explains but before I let him go any further I put in my two sense.

"Yes but I had that. That was my battle and he just- took it away!" I raise my voice, taking my brother aback. Eyes stare at me in silence before I sigh.

"Daniel. Is there any chance that you can, ya know, assign me a mission?" I ask, stepping closer to him. He bites his lip in thought before coming back around.

"Actually. A mission came in not too long ago. Demons and all. God they're exhausting. I'll send you directions to get your plane ticket. You're taking your mutt with you." Daniel explains. Before I can object he storms out the doors with nothing more. My phone lights up but it's not the directions I was hoping for. Camdens contact shows up Before I swipe to answer.

"Where the Fuck are you?" He asks, panting. I raise a brow even though he can't see it.

"Well hello to you too." I grumble. He seriously wants to pick a fight at a time like this?

"Maizee, nows not the time. Where are you?" He repeats, sounding more concerned and out of breath than he did from the start.

"Taco bell...Where are you?" I ask, walking outside. I hear an ignition start from the other line Before he speaks again.

"On my way. Be ready. We got a mission to take care of." he hangs up and before I know it, his black truck pulls into the parking lot, honking like a maniac. I run to the passenger side and slide in (your dms).

"Now?"

"Now."

"So we're boarding a flight from LA to go to this Demon and coming back? That's a little... Weird." I say, waiting to board the plane. Camden groans, turning to me.

"Look. You wanted a mission.. Here we are." he spits. I cock a brow and eye him up and down. He was only slightly covered in soot. He attempted to clean up at least.

"Okay yes dad." I grumble, looking away from him.

"I believe my name is Daddy," He states, smirking at me. Rolling my eyes I can't help but grin.

"Seriously, don't think you're that special." I retort. He sticks out his bottom lip and whines.

"Now Boarding---" I hear the speakers announce. The rest was hard to hear but I'm glad we're boarding.

"You ready?" Camden asks, leaning in close. I nod Before we join the crowd onto the plane. We take our seats in the far back and wait.

"Let's get this bitch."

"There she is," Camden nudges me, pointing to the stewardess. She walks out of our section and toward the front of the plane. I hear comotiom and before I know it Camden is up and already making his way toward the fight. He grabs a cup of water from a young boy sipping it and approaches the scene.

"Hey!" He yells. As the white eyed demon turns around, he splashes the water onto her and she hisses in return. This is like watching the Wizard of Oz I shit you not. The demon starts to go for the girl again until Camden starts speaking a different language of a sort. Confused as ever, I watch the scene. The demon lashes toward Camden with an ear aching scream but before it can reach him the girl yanks her arms back, trying her best to pin her down. I jump in front and hold the stewardess's legs. She struggles in agony trying to break free but once Camden finishes, her eyes roll back to normal as she collapses with a thud. The girl I had helped hops off the stewardess and I follow, dragging her with me.

"What the he'll was that?" She asks, sounding a bit astonished. I glance at her before replying.

"Not good," I respond, dragging the stewardess away. Camden claps his hands together, rallying the attention of everyone aboard the plane.

"It's Alright everyone," He starts, waving a hand at everybody. "Just for a show, hope y'all are alright with being seen on television, we needed natural reactions." he lies, but the tension in the air releases. Camden starts to lead me before I drop the stewardess in an empty row and go farther back in the plane, attempting to find a more secluded area than we were already in. It being a tuesday, luckily the plane wasn't emvery busy and the back isles were pretty empty. I sit in the seat by the window followed by Camden and the strange pair. I cock a brow, in question as to why they followed us. I was just here to take care of a mission. However I could sense they were just as curious as I was.

"I'm Camden, and this is Maizee." Camden breaks the ice, but in turn I shoot a glare his way.

"What was that back there?" The girl asks. She has dark skin with curly hair and brown eyes. To say the least I was jealous. She was pretty.

"A demon." Camden informs, as if it's an everyday thing for him.

"Wow, let them in easy why don't you?" I scoff pushing his arm. A grin creeps on his lips before looking back at the duo who had followed us. A long string of silence stays between us until the girl speaks up.

"You're fucking kidding me," she says. Camden jerks his head looking directly at her.

"I'm not fucking kidding you." He replys, crossing his arms. "How can you not believe it when we literally killed it with words?"

"A Latin exorcism," She mumbles. Camden looks taken aback, surprised she caught on so quickly. I wasn't even aware it was Latin.

"You speak Latin?" He asks her. She nods before replying, "Yeah, a little."

"But in all seriousness that was not a demon." She spits. Camden throws his hands in the air, surrendering.

"Whatever you say," He says, giving up. I roll my eyes, and grab a own from the ground I found.

"Okay, you may not believe it now," I start, scribbling my number on the back of my grandma's real estate business card. "Buy if you decide to believe us, give us a call." I hand the card to the girl and stand up, heading toward the seats we were originally sitting in.

"Okay, thanks, but we won't be calling." she announced after ripping the card in two. I laugh, shaking my head, and sitting down. They don't have to believe us. They're normal everyday teenage kids just coming to LA.
