Prologue
"Mommy. Mommy don't cry. Mommy. Mommy listen to me. I'm nothing more than a whisper, but I am a whisper you hear. Mommy, Mommy please understand. Mommy, you have to understand. Mommy don't cry. No one knew this would happen. But my mommy understand that this wasn't your fault. And not daddy's fault either. I know who's responsible, but you don't. Mom I want tell you where I am. Here it's beautiful. Here are the golden tree with leaves lighter than feathers, softer than down and softer than silk. A river of cold icy water bluer and brighter than Michael's eyes. The grass is greener than emeralds and the berries on the bushes sweeter than Cameron's laughter. The meadow is bigger than your stomach with my sister in. Here are tall and majestic mountains so lovely in the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Here, we are never hungry, we never need to sleep, we never get tired. Here is only joy, joy, happiness and energy. Lots of everything. Mommy. Mommy don't cry. Mommy I know you want to see me. But Mommy. Mommy please understand. Mommy here may only children come. Children like me. Children who have been murdered."
