29: my brother's bestfriend

Jazmin's POV:

We all walked home. Kenia asked me what happened, and I told her what happened.

"WHAT?? He kissed you?!" Kenia asked surprised.

"Y-Yeah."

"And what did you do?" Chris asked a little quickly.

"Kissed him back" I said quietly.

Kenia screamed of excitement, and I blushed.

I thought about the kiss. I missed those warm soft lips. I remember my first kiss with him. He tasted like peppermint. I laughed at the thought.

"What are you laughing about" asked Christopher.

"Oh... nothing." I smirked.

We finally arrived. A familiar car was parked in the drive way. It was Erick's. My stomach felt a bit queazy.

Since Christopher was walking in front he turned around and looked at me. I guess he was trying to make sure I knew. I just nodded and walked in front of him.

As I got closer I realized he's in the car. Nodding the his head along with the music. As I made sure Kenia and Chris were inside, I tapped on his window. He quickly looked up and smiled. I stepped back so he can get out.

"Heyy Jazmin..." he said a bit unsure.

"Erick I have a lot to explain you see Christopher didn't want to-"

He cut me off and said, "it's okay." He let out a chuckle.

"It is?" I asked unsure.

"Of course it is." He flashed a smile.

"Y-You wanna go inside?" I asked.

"Yeah"

Erick's POV
We walked to her front door. She opened it and and there was Kenia and Christopher standing near the window. "Were you stalking us??" said quickly.

They looked at each other and looked at us back, "n-no?"

"I don't have privacy!" She threw her arms up in the air.

She walked to the kitchen and I followed. She opened the fridge and said, "you want anything to eat?"

"What do you got?"

"I can make quesadillas, um... pizza that I can warm up... and that's pretty much it guess, enless you want a salad."

"Pizza is fine." I said trying not to put her in any trouble.

She took the pizza out of the bag and put two slices in two plates. She put both of the plates in the microwave.

After they were done she got them out. She gave me one of the plates and said "you want ranch?" "No I'm okay" I said.

We went to the living room and watched tv for a bit.

Jazmin's POV:

As we were watching tv I had an idea.

"Hey, Erick?"

"Yeah?" He asked.

"Want me to show you my favorite place in the world?" I smiled.

His eyes lit up, "show me!"

"Hold on real quick."

I ran up stairs to my room and got the nearest blanket. I ran back downstairs almost falling.

"You okay?" He asked worriedly.

"Y-Yeah I'm fine" I said getting a little nervous.

"Let's go!" I told him.

We went in the kitchen and I opened the screen door that goes to the backyard. I got the blanket and extended it. I sat down, so did Erick.

"Cool place." He said.

I smiled. I enjoyed the weather. It wasn't too cold or too hot and there was a bit of wind.

I felt Erick stare at me. I looked at him and he was still staring. "What?" I asked playfully. "N-Nothing you're just so beautiful." He blushed.

"No I'm not!" I said in a little kid voice.

"Yeah you are!" He grabbed my cheek.

At this moment we were both staring at each other. I gazed down at his lips but right back to his eyes, hoping he won't notice.

He then put his other hand on my cheek and kissed me. His soft, wet lips moving in sync along with mine.

He pulled away and said, "S-Sorry I just really wanted to do that for the longest time."

"I-It's okay... I-I kinda liked it." I looked away, feeling my cheeks get warmer at the moment.

He put his hand on my chin and said, "just don't ever do this again" he looks down at my arm, which was bare, since I changed shirts.

"I..."

"Please, promise me."

"B-But I broke your promise the last time though. H-How will you know I won't b-break this one?" I said quietly.

"Because I'll help you... just... please, promise me."

"I-I promise." I looked at him and smiled.

We kissed again, this time we were interrupted, by Kenia and Christopher. "Awwww"

"Oh stop!" I said playfully with my hand on Erick's shoulder.

"You guys are goals." They said together.

I blushed, along with Erick when I looked at him. I can't believe I fell in love with my brother's bestfriend...
