Project cadmus. It's the main reason why Superman won't work for the government. It's where they cut open aliens and study them. The scientist's there use them as guinea pigs. They steal our technology to fine a way to kill us.

I can't believe Elysia's bio-dad worked for them.

And I can't believe I'm in Washington DC to break into his old lab.

Security was tight. I mean of course it was. But I managed to sneak in by turning into a lightning bolt. My lightning vision showed me a map and where John Warisha's lab is.

At the door, I hesitated. I wouldn't stop staring at the writing on the window.

J. Warisha

Thanks to the human Elysia's memories, I started to choke up.

Surprisingly, the door was unlocked. When I opened it, the entire lab was filled with packed boxes. I closed the door behind me and started looking at the writing on the boxes.

Test tubes, bunson burner, and used notebooks.

I stopped at a box that was sitting on the empty desk. On top of it was a clay dragon from one of my favorite fairytales Sleeping beauty.

"I made this." I picked up the dragon and rubbed my thumb over it. "I mean the human Elysia made this, she got so mad because she couldn't get the wings right."

"And then John said that it was beautiful and perfect even if other people didn't see it that way." Blue said, scaring me a little.

The box that the dragon was sitting on was titled unknown alien technology. A felling in my gut knew that the unknown technology was plutoian.

I opened the box and saw that my gut feeling was right. Sitting on top of other technology that I didn't recognize was a Invisi-box. It's like a phone but I can use it to call pluto even when I'm on earth.

"In the lab!" Someone whispered shouted. "I saw her walk in there."

"Time to fly?" Blue said a little panicked.

"Yep." I grabbed the Invisi-box and flew out the window just as the guards were coming in.

The next day, I was in Algebra trying to finish a worksheet, when the intercom turned on with an message.

"Attention all student, it has come to the police's attention that a new criminal is walking the streets of Wichita who is targeting students from South high, Northeast high, and North high. For your saftey school has now ended for the day. You all must go home immediately."

Everyone started mumbling but started to pack up their stuff and call their parents.

I texted my mom, but Gemma and Charlie are doing the same thing. Sure enough, they were waiting for her where we always are picked up.

"The Creepy Clown." Gemma said.

"What?" I asked.

"That's the criminal that's running the streets." She showed me a picture of some red haired clown with a red and black suit.

"Well they got the Creepy part down." I shivered from the kansas November cold.

Our mom pulled up and we went home.

"I bet Lightning is already looking for him." Charlie said, playing his game.

"Yeah." I looked out the window.

There are over three crime scenes. The Creepy Clown has already killed five high school kids. And I knew some of them.

Dinah Spencer was pretty enough to be the most popular girl at North high. And she was, but she was also nice to me. An emo outsider of all people. And The Creepy Clown murdered her, made her suffer. Like his other victims.

"I'm sorry your highness but I can't find a file on him." Blue said. "Who ever is doing this is good."

"So we don't know who is doing this and why?" I asked.

"No. I'm sorry."

So for the first time one of my bad guys is a mystery and a kills for an unknown reason. This moment of my life is crap.

And just when things couldn't get any worse, The Creepy Clown himself walked up to the crime scene.

"Ladies and gentlemen, superheroes of all ages put your hand together for The Creepy Clown!" He had a deep but loud voice. He sounded like an evil clown. Probably because he is one.

All of the cops pulled out their guns and yelled at him to put his hands up. But Clown has other ideas.

He lifted one of his hands like he was holding a gun. But the sleeves covered his hands and were tided up at the ends. Something was hiden in there.

Sure enough, bullets were shooting at the cops. Some fell others started to shoot. I ran to Clown, grabbed his wrist, twisted my hips, and flipped him over my head and on the concrete.

He landed with a grunt but got up at started shooting me.

"You do know that those bullets won't hurt me, right?" I placed my hands on my hips.

"Where's the fun in that?" He practically sang.

Clown swung his hands at me over and over, I ducked every one of them but during the time I was backing up and he was walking towards me.

"Today is the day Lightning dies." He giggled.

"Like hell!" And I kicked him in the dick.

He roared in pain and fell on the ground. But he didn't make the sounds someone usually makes when they're in pain. He laughed instead.

"What did you come from a circus themed asylum, man?" I bended down and tried to pull of the mask to see who he was but he grabbed my throat and flipped me over.

"No. I came from a circus for a pycho." He said between laughs.

"Whats so funny?" With a good punch I got him to let go of my neak. When he fell, he pulled out a remote with a big red button.

"Because the house of a sweet old lady is about to burn down." And with that he pushed the button.

With my super hearing I heard the explosion of a bomb. Forgetting about Clown I flew towards the explosion.

To my horror and surprise I was in the yard of Grandma Lynn's house.

And the house was in flames with my Grandma's high screams.

Sorry it took so long to update. I've had a lot of things on my plate with high school finals and Christmas break is coming up so I'll update more sooner.

See you soon.

Bye.
