I was just chillin' in Jorkan's tenticles, wondering when to reveal myself when I felt my bond with Harry snap. I quickly rushed out, my instincts telling me to run to Harry as fast as I could. I saw Jorkan looking at me with interest while the merfolk looked at me with anger. I was surprised by their appearance, by pushed it aside. 'I'm sorry, but I really must be going now. My twin is in danger.' I didn't even wait for their response as I commanded the water to shoot me out of the lake. Hi at stayed in my pocket, once again trusting me with the situation. All of the kids were now on the other side of the lake, but once they saw me, they started cheering. Not paying them any mind, I commanded the water to shoot me up as I took a quick lesson in flying. Luckily, it was sorta like controlling water, and I broke the sound barrier after only loosing a couple thousand feet of air. I was at the carriages in less than thirty seconds. All of the thestrals were rearing and neighing at my distress, but I quickly quieted them with a shout. 'Please! Which carriage holds my twin?' One of the thestrals unfurled it's wings and reared. 'Tis mine, my Lord!' I flew down to the appointed carriage and thanked the thestral as I ripped open the door, only to see Harry sitting there with tears in his eyes. "Oh, Harry." My worry instantly vanishing, I flew in and grabbed him in a hug, whispering him sweet nothings as he sobbed into my shirt. "I thought- for a second I was reminded-" I shushed him and held him closer, rubbing his back. "It's alright Hazzy. I'm here. I'm fine and alive. I'm not going to die after everything I've done to get here. Be strong and let it all out. We're all good." I quickly told the thestrals through a thought that they could continue on their journey to the castle. Everything was fine and we needed to get going. Hermione and Ron looked rather uncomfortable, seeing as I was showcasing my muscles through my torn-up t-shirt, and holding their 'friend' in my arms like a lost lover. I pushed thoughts of them away and tried to figure out what was wrong. I quietly shut my eyes and meditated, while Harry still sobbed in my shirt. I looked inside of myself, saw the golden blood flowing in my veins, all the pockets of power in me (and there were a lot), and then I saw it, an external link to my whole being, to my neck. It was only half of a whole, and I frowned. I looked closer into the line and saw it was an emerald, just like Harry's eyes. As I touched it, I felt Harry slowly start to relax. I started to imagine my own string, the color of my eyes, twisting and twirling around Harry's connection. I saw it start to form out of small speck of the shattered remain of our old link, but I built it stronger. I instilled a little of my immortal essence in that string, adding it to Harry's too, so this could never happen again. I felt Harry rest his head in the crook of my neck and I smiled. Feeling better little bro? Harry sighed in relief. Yeah, I'm glad you can hear me now. I was so scared that I had broken something I had been missing for so long. I thought that-. Shh. No, it's ok. I get it. Twin link, remember? Harry chuckled and we relaxed back into the seat, Harry still sitting on my lap, but his head was resting on my chest now. "Are you guys gay or something?" Ron just randomly blurts that out, like he can't hold his questions any longer. I take a long look at Harry and quirk one of my eyebrows. "I don't know. Harbear, are we in..... a relationship?" I accentuate that comment with a quick peck to his forehead. He squirms a bit at the kiss, wiping it off with his robes. "Gross. No, you're like a big bro to me." I smirk, catching on. "Yeah, and you're like my little bro. I'll always be watching out for you." I give him a noogie and he groans. "It was messy enough as it was!" I nod. "Now it looks just like mine." Hermione leans forward, a light blush on her cheeks, and she tilts our heads closer together, but facing towards her and Ron. "Bloody hell, they could even be twins!" I smirk at Ron, remembering one of Harry's misfortunes. "Right, and you're good at driving flying cars too?" Ron blushes. "Hey, he had to try and swerve around the Whomping Willow. That's not easy either!" I shake my head. "That's true, but we're not twins." When we tell them, it's going to be grand. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces. Me either. "Harry?" Harry turns his head and looks at Hermissy, still hugging me. "What?" He rubs his eyes as he yawns, a little bit like a kid. I coo at him and he sends me a glare. Shut it. I smirk. "Why were you about to cry? And how did Percy know to come?" Harry looked at me, lost. I quickly fed him a good lie, and he accepted it. "Uh..... we were testing out this new spell when Percy got knocked into the water and I panicked. I was reminded of our time in the war and I didn't want to start the year out with a bad note." Harry hung his head, and I hugged him closer. When we get done with this year, we are both going to acting school and staring in shows on Broadway. Let's do it. Hermione squinted her eyes. "What spell was it?" I quickly use my Hecate-given knowledge and give Harry the name. "Rogo Nexus Duarum Mentium." Hermione nodded, all suspicion gone. "Really? That sounds extremely high-level, could you properly preform it?" Harry shook his head. "No, it was almost there, but before it could latch together, Percy was knocked overboard." Hermione hummed, and was about to ask us another question, but the doors to the carriage burst open. "Percy! Ya in h're?"
