"Rui!" Sakura laughed brightly when she spotted her brother. She leaped into his arms and let him lift her up and twirl her around.
"Who's that guy?" Sasuke whispered grumpily to Naruto.
Naruto replied in the same tone. "That's Rui. He's apparently Sakura's closest friend, sorta like a brother." Both boys glared in Rui's direction sulkily.
Rui squeezed Sakura against his chest so hard it nearly made her squeal. "Oh, I was afraid I'd never see you again." He gently placed her of my ground and grinned at her, brushing a piece of hair out of her face. "I knew that you would be safe, but I thought I would die."
"You didn't have to worry, little sis would have swooped in and saved your butt." Sakura reached up and hugged him once more, her arms wrapping around her neck and his around her waist, earning more glares from Naruto and Sasuke.
The forces of Konoha had already been transported back to their village, and Sakura had finally located Rui's chakra only once they had gotten home. She had immediately rushed to his side, her two teammates following her.
Sakura was beaming from ear to ear, feeling better than she had in a very long time. During the transport to Konoha, Sakura had decided not to run ahead like she usually would have, but stay with her teammates and make her decision.
She had decided to stay in Konoha for the most part so she could stay with her family, but also travel when she needed to.
Out of pure giddiness, she felt a burst of energy flow through her, making her shiver in delight. "I'm so happyyyyyyyyyy!" She jumped up and down, clapping her hands rapidly.
"Wow. Someone sure is a spaz. I've never seen this side of you." Rui joked. He was surprised with yet another hug, this one nearly chocking him.
Sakura bounced over to Sasuke and Naruto and gave the each hugs as well, leaving them a bit red in the face, before bouncing off to hug some other random people.
Rui smirked at Sakura before strutting over to Sasuke and Naruto, ignoring the increasing intensity of their glares. "She sure is a handful, isn't she. Sometimes I wonder how I deal with her every single day." Rui smirked at them. "Or how I got to to be the light of her life, the rhyme with her reason, the yin with her yang, the cheese with her crackers." Rui grinned evilly at the pair who were now gaining a murderous glint in their eyes. He quickly followed Sakura's lead and bounced after her before he got seriously harmed.
Well, I decided to make just this little chapter of randomness. Hope you liked it!
Also, (I almost forgot!) this it the 60th chapter! Yay!
