ZAYN:
You breathed in the sweet scent of leather mixed with his cologne, as he hugged your body tight to his chest. You kept your face buried in his faded t-shirt, eyes shut tight, savoring the moment. With his strong arms encompassing your body, it was easy to forget the rest of the world existed. Easy to pretend that you were the only two people on the planet. Moments like these were so simple, yet they embodied so much love and emotion. Your relationship was built on the little moments spent together. The moments that brought a smile to your face. But the beauty of the moment slipped away and you were left standing there, alone, emptiness residing in the place where your heart once sat. “Zayn?” Your voice echoed in the emptiness of your mind. “Zayn?!” You yelled his name, waking yourself from sleep. You rolled over, feeling the empty space in the bed. The sheets cold without his body to warm them. Just then, your cell phone rang, Zayn’s name appearing on the screen. “Hello?” You voice was shaky, raddled by your dreams. “Babe? You’re awake?” You smiled at the sound of his voice, “yeah, can’t sleep. “Me either,” he replied. “When I close my eyes, all I see is your face.”

NIALL:
Your heart was pounding as you raced down the hall. Your head was spinning, you felt like you might pass out if you stopped moving. Everything felt like it was happening in slow motion, but something inside of you was propelling you forward. One foot in front of the other. You skidded around the last corner, eyes scanning the wooden doors, searching the room numbers. At the end of the hall, you hesitated only a second before pushing open the heavy door. Your heart sank to the floor as your eyes settled on the man lying in the hospital bed. The man you loved. Tears were burning white hot in your eyes, streaming down your face. You covered your mouth with your hands, trying to muffle your sobs. You touched his pale skin, eyes taking in the tubes and wires connected to his body, hands trembling. “Niall?” You choked through your tears. His eyelids were bruised, hiding his beautiful blue eyes from sight. You squeezed his hand in yours, sobbing into his arm as the monitor beeped. Suddenly the monitor flat lined, a long, deafening beep echoing through the tiny room. “No! Niall!” You bolted upright, body dripping in a cold sweat. “Princess? Princess, what’s wrong? What happened?” Niall’s strong arms gathered you up, pulling you to him. You ran your hands hurriedly over his bare skin, feeling his heart beating in his chest. Your breath came in hard sobs, body trembling against his warm skin. “It was just a dream. Only a dream, baby. Shhh. It’s alright,” he cooed, holding you close. “Just a dream,” you whispered.

LIAM:
The screams of hundreds of excited fans reverberated off the walls, echoing through the arena. The lights went down and the music started. You could feel your heart beating wildly in your chest. The anticipation almost too much to bare. First came the drums, followed by guitar, and then you heard it. The sweet, sultry sound of his voice. It filled your heart and soul with adoration. The sound of his voice was rich, smooth like velvet and undeniably sexy. It took over every ounce of you, intoxicating your mind. You watched from the crowd, eyes transfixed on the way his body moved around stage. He effortlessly rocked along to the beat of the music. You adored him, longing to be a part of his life. You dreamed of a life spent loving every part of him. You imagined a life built on love and friendship. A life of mystery and desire. He embodied everything you wanted in a man, from the way he looked, to the way his heart was filled with pure love and kindness. You wanted, more than anything, to make these dreams a reality. To have a life filled with only Liam’s love. But all you were left with were your dreams, for you were just another face in the crowd. Just another adoring fan, left wishing for something more. Something real.

HARRY:
He often dreamed of what the future might hold. Always wondering what his life would be like. No matter where his dreams led him, he knew one thing for certain. You, you were his certainty. His stability. He knew that wherever his life took him, you would forever be a part of his future. Sometimes he saw a house in the city, surrounded with excitement. Your day-to-day lives filled with new adventure. Other times he could imagine a life in a quiet suburb. He had pictures in his mind, of you and him, playing in the yard, the summer sun shining down on the beautiful family you’d created together. It didn’t matter much where you lived, as long as he had you by his side. He knew that as long as he had you, his future would always be bright. As long as he had your love, he would always be a happy man. He could easily get lost in these dreams of a life filled with your endless love. Every moment spent together would become a cherished memory. Some days the dreams of his future with you seemed to consume every part of him. He would lose himself in thought, only to be brought back to reality by the sound of your sweet voice whispering his name. You would smile at him, lighting his whole world, proving just how truly in love with you he was.

LOUIS:
He looked at your body lying beneath him. Your bare skin seemed to glow, beauty radiating from every pore. He lived for the way your skin felt when pressed tight with his own. He had memorized every curve of your body, adoring every line, and every freckle. Everything about you had him begging for more. He flashed you a cheeky grin, running his finger tips painfully slow along your skin, goosebumps forming from his gentle touch. His blue eyes were filled with desire, deep and dark with intense longing. He ran his tongue over his bottom lip before colliding them with yours. He ground his hips into you, forming a slow, circular rhythm between his body and yours. You dug your fingernails into his back, passion coursing through your veins as his body moved against yours. You fell apart in his arms, feeling breathless, as his name slid from your lips. He awoke suddenly, his heart still beating rapidly with the events of his dream. “Holy shit,” he whispered to his empty bedroom. Just the mere thought of you could arouse him. He flopped his head back onto the pillow, rubbing his eyes with the palms of his hands. He wasn’t supposed to dream about you. You weren’t his to fantasize about. Your heart belonged to another man, and he would forever be left with this aching desire for you. A desire left unfulfilled.
