»Y-yes«, I stutter.
»Hey, it's Luke. Luke Parker we're together in science class«, he says.
It's really him, I think. Luke, my first and only crush besides Justin.
»Yeah, I know«, I reply and feel the nervousness build in my body,»So, wassup?«
I hear Luke laugh over the phone and I slap my forehead. Really, Y/N? Wassup?, I ask myself.
»Nothing much wbu?«
»Oh, you know all the cool stuff. Listening to music, watchin netflix, eating«, I tell him trying to sound normal.
»Wow, everything at once? Very good«, he laughs again and I feel my cheeks flush red.
Luckly he can't see me.
»To be honest I only called you because I have a question. Do you have a minute?«, Luke asks.
»Sure«
»So, you know the project we have to do in class?«, he explains and I practically feel my heart bumbing out of my chest,»We should be a group of two people that's why I wanted to ask if you'd like to be my partner?«
After he said the last sentence I almost fall from my chair I'm sitting on. Calm down, I say to myself and take a deep breath.
»Why not? We could be a good team«, I respond and Luke chuckles.
»Fine. We'll see us tomorrow in class then«
»Wait!«, I stop him,»Why did you pick me?«
»Because I think you're the most mature of all the dorks in our class and you seem cute«, he tells me making me blush hard,»All right, till tomorrow, Y/N.«
»Bye«, I say and hang up.

The next morning I wake up with a big grin on my face. I get up from my warm bed and walk in the bathroom. After I do my daily morning routine I search for an outfit. I put on a red hoodie with some light jeans and white All Stars. Before I go to the kitchen I check myself in the mirror in our corridor.
»Are you already going, sweetie?«, I hear my mom wonder.
»Good morning, mom«, I greet her,»And yes I have to.«
»Okay. Have a nice day, honey«, she tells me and I smirk.
Today will be the best day of my life. I have a good feeling in my stomach. Some minutes later I arrive at my school.
»Hey, Y/N«, I hear Y/FN and laugh,»What's so funny? I didn't even start talking.«
»Let's just say today is my lucky day«, I grin and she looks at me totally lost.
»What haven't you told me, bad girl?«, Y/FN asks and I smile wide.
»I will tell you but you have to promise me you won't say it to anyone«
»Do I look like I would tell anyone? No and now say it«, she answers and I smirk.
»Justin called me on skype yesterday and asked me to go to subway with him«, I tell her and she stares at me shocked.
»What? That's amazing!«, Y/FN says,»Can I also tell you something?«
Immediatley I nod my head yes.
»Fredo called me on skype yesterday«, she tells me and my eyes widen,»But he didn't ask me out.«
»I knew it«, I say and Y/FN frowns.
»What?«
»He likes you«, I grin,»And you like him. Just admit it.«
»Oh, no. I said Justin is the only one for me but it seems like he has found his love«, she smirks and I blush.
»And I have to tell you one more think. Luke asked me to be his partner on the project«, I tell her.
»No way! The boys seem to like you a lot«, Y/FN says and I laugh.
We enter the school building now. Suddenly everyone in the hall begins to stare at us. I frown and look at Y/FN but she only shrugs her shoulders. We ignore the people and get in our classes. I have science now. That means...
»Hey«, I hear a male voice say.
As I turn around I catch sight of Luke sitting beside me.
»Hey«, I reply with a small smile.
Both of us look at the board as the teacher enters the room.
»I see you already chosen your partners«, our teacher says,»Great than we start with the project.«
Furthermore he tells us the only thing we have to do today is pay attention for the next lesson. Suddenly I feel very uncomfortable. Slowly I look around the room and see everyone staring at me. Quickly I catch sight of the board again.
»They just read the news this morning«, Luke whispers.
»News?«, I wonder and look at him.
His black hair is messy and fits his deep green eyes perfectly.
»Yeah, you and your bestie are all over the news«, he tells me,»With Justin Bieber in his tourbus.«
I gulp down hard and get very nervouse since I know my parents are reading the news as well as the whole wide world.
»But you're not taken, right?«, I hear Luke wonder.
»No! I am single. Justin only wanted to show the beliebers his love through talking to us«, I reply.
»That's good to know«, he says and gives me a small smile.
For one minute I forget everything as he grabs my hand.
»Don't be so nervous. It'll be fine«, he tries to calm me and it works.
The rest of the lesson I sit impatient on my chair wanting for this lesson to end asap. As the school bell finally rings I say Luke goodbye and run out of the building. I walk outside and immediately search for Justin but he doesn't seem to be here. The nervousness in my body begins to build every second and I feel like I could throw up. I step to the street in front of the school and look around again. Suddenly a black SUV stops right where I am and someone opens the car door.
»Hey, shawty! Come in!«, Justin greets me.
He takes my hand and I sit in the SUV. I try to catch my breath and examine the car. It's very big and comfortable. I wish my parents would have such a car.
»How are you?«, I hear him ask and turn around.
As I catch sight of him his red snapback faces me. He wears a white shirt with grey lines and some grey sweatpants. His white sneaker fit his outfit perfectly.
»I don't know«, I respond now staring at his face.
»What do you mean?«, Justin wonders.
»Did you see the news? We're mentioned in it«, I explain,»I mean you already know that feeling but for me it's something brand new and I don't even know how those pictures were made. I thought your tourbus area was private.«
Justin looks at the ground and clears his throat.
»I'm sorry but there must've been a paparazzi who sneaked in the private area or something like that«, he tells me not making eye contact with me.
I frown at his unnormal behaviour but then Justin coughs and catches sight of me once more.
»If you want I can drop you home and just end our contact. Of course we would still be friends but we wouldn't be as close as now«, he says and I have to think about it for a second.
We're just friends and the media is only annoying, we can ignore it. Plus who gets the chance to be this near to Justin? No one. That's why I'll take that chance. What can bad happen?
