Chapter Twelve

(Jaeyoon's p.o.v)

I might have freaked out a little. I got scared, ok? Don't judge me. It's been years since I had a friend, I never had a crush, let alone a boyfriend, and I never felt like that when I kissed someone. That probably means I'm gay as hell since I only kissed two girls before and didn't like it. I don't know. To be honest I don't think I would enjoy it so much if was another boy. I don't know what that means. Maybe I'm just gay for Inseong. Man, I'm really gay for Inseong. Really, really gay.
His dad was a lot nicer the last time I was here. He probably is just on a bad mood. We talk with him while waiting for dinner. He keeps looking at us with this face. I don't know what it is. When he leaves us to go to the bathroom I ask:
- Is something wrong with your dad? He's different.
- I don't know. I'll ask my mom after dinner.

Dinner was something else. Aeri seemed nervous. After dinner I help her with the dishes again, but this time she doesn't complain.
- Is something wrong, Aeri?
- I'm not sure yet. My husband needs to talk to Inseong so I'd recommend you to stay here.

I nod and try to not make any other questions, even though I'm worried.
