What I hear

Alexander's POV

Everyone left the room after about 10 minutes. Everyone was so freaked out. My parent's had the marking too but they had no idea what was going to happen. I don't know why, they know everything about this stuff, so why were they so freaked out and trying to make it stop as fast as possible for Camille?

When everyone is out of the room and has headed downstairs I lay next to Camille as she slept. She slowly would rustle and move probably ever few seconds. I was just about to fall a sleep with her, but of course I had to get interrupted. Aero barges threw the door. I slowly sat up in exhaustion.

"What do you want?" I asked annoyed and tired. He didn't say anything for a second, he just breath hard. 

"You need to come down stairs now" He told me. I sighed annoyed, but at the same time I felt a little worried. What did they need me for that was so important?

I slowly and quietly left the room shutting the door behind me. Aero dragged me by my wrist down the hallway then down our big flight of stairs. When we finally reached the living room everyone had worried, confused, shocked, and just plain old horrified looks on their faces.

"W-What's going on? What's wrong with you guys?" I asked confused. No one answered me for a second.

"Hello? What's going on?" I ask again.

"Camille wasn't suppose to get the marking" My mother said. I looked at her confused and kind of worried.

"What? Why?" 

"Because, she's not what you think Alexander. She's different" She told me. What the hell is she talking about? Of course she's different from us, she's a human and we're vampires, Duh.

"What do you mean? Yeah she's different, we're vampires and she's a human" I said confused. Everyone shook their head to me.

"No Alexander, she's not" Raine told me.........What? Everyone could see the shocked and confused look on my face, they then began to get worried.

"What are you people talking about!?" I yelled now getting irritated.

"She's human, but at heart she's something else, and if that something else get's awakened, she will be awakened" My father told me. Oh my god none of this is making any sense.

"What's that 'something else'?" I asked.

"A Vampire" My mother told me. I froze in shock. I widened my eyes and had my mouth ajar. There's no way Camille is a vampire. She can't be, I would have noticed.

"S-So what?" I said. Everyone looked confused at me. "So what if Camille is a vampire, why does that matter? Why can't she have the marking?" I asked. Everyone sighed.

"Alexander! The marking made it easier for her to awaken. The marking took some of the seal's power away so it's easier for someone to awaken her. We can't let anyone awaken her, ever. We promised her parent's that" My mom told me.

"Who would want to awaken her anyway?"

"The one who killed her parent's. Whoever it was, killed them because they wanted to get to Camille, they knew about her" My mom said. "They wanted to awaken her so she could be the most powerful....." She stopped talking. 

"The most powerful what?" I ask.

"The most powerful Pureblood" She said. I froze, once again. 

Pureblood's are extremely rare, there are probably about 7 in the whole world. Now this makes sense. All pureblood's have to be awakened to actually become a pureblood. If they don't awaken, they stay human until they die. Pureblood's were the strongest of all vampires, nothing was stronger than them.
