*Jessie's POV*
It's been 3 month's since I told Laxus I was pregnant and things couldn't get any better. I was currently 6 months pregnant. Today was the day! Laxus and I were about to find out the gender of the baby! We were slowly making our way down the street, hand in hand.
"Ugghhh! My feet hurt!" I complained
Laxus began to laugh. "I'll rub them once we get home."
I planted a kiss on his cheek. "I love you so much!"
"Ha ha ha. I love you too. Both of you." he lightly touchs my swollen belly
I smile at his last words. Before we knew it, we were at the doctors office. Laxus opened and held the door for me. I waddled over to the front desk. Behind the glass was a women with short brown hair and glass that sat at the tip of her nose. She looks up from her work.
"Hello. May I help you with something?" she asks
"Oh! Yes. We have a doctors appointment with Dr. Greene at 11:00."
She grabs a piece of paper from the mountain to her right.
"Oh. Mr and Mrs Dreyar?"
Before I could correct her, Laxus finally speaks.
"Yep! That's us!"
"Perfect. If you just go through that set of double doors and take a left, Dr. Greenes office is the first door. Just knock before you go in."
"Thank you." I said
She smiled. "Congratulations."
We walked away from the desk and towards the double doors. Following her directions we made it to Dr. Greenes office. I knocked on the door a few times. Finally after a few seconds, a man opened the door.
"Hello there! You must be Mr and Mrs Dreyar. I'm Dr. Greene!"
"Hello. I'm Jessie and this is Laxus." pointing to to Laxus behind me
"Please, come in!"
We walk past him into the room. I sat down on the bed/chair thing. I laid down and lifted my shirt over my stomach. Dr. Greene turned on the ultrasound machine.
"Here. Why don't you do the honour." Dr. Greene gave Laxus some sort of jelly
"Oh. I put this on her stomach?" Laxus asks, curious
"Yeah. All over."
He opened it and put a bunch on his hand. He began to spread it all over my stomach.
"Damn! That's cold."
"Sorry..."
Our eyes met. I smile.
"You're so beautiful." he said
My smile grew even bigger. He stopped rubbing my stomach and Dr. Greene began to use the ultrasound machine on my stomach.
"What are you guys hoping for?" he asked
"Well.... I would love to have a girl, but either way I'll love them just as much!" I explained
"I would also love to have a little girl, but I'll love them either way to." Laxus said
"Well lucky you two! Congratulations! It's a girl!"
"YAY!!" I screamed
"Would you like pictures?" Dr. Greene asks
"Yes, please." Laxus said
