Loki was patched up quickly, yet still in pain. You blushed like a fool he pulled on his jacket, without the armour. You were thankful he was back, at least. As the two of you walked to the dining-room, you tried to talk to him about Fluer, and anyone else that he was commanding.

"I found Fluer a few years ago. She was dying, and needed help." He spoke, huskily. "She... Only lived because of me. She started working as my servant when she was your age. I guess now she thinks of this place as home." He smiled. "And I am going to do something human for once, so if your wish, I would love for you to help me 'ship' her with Jareth." You laughed.

"Perfect time to finish talking about them..." You whispered, as you two approached the dining room

door. Loki chuckled, opening it for you. "Ever the gentleman!" You teased, messing up his hair. He grinned, doing the same to you as the two of you sat down. Jareth left the kitchen, flowing with arrogance. He glared at Loki, and smiled at you. Why, you thought, is he doing that? You peered over to Loki's slight discombobulated figure, only to see him shrug in you direction. Fluer walked out of the kitchen, holding four plates in her arms, and Mary had the fifth one in her hands. She immediately sat down at the table with it, and started eating. Both you and Fluer flared at her rudeness, but you smiled at Fluer, thanking her for the chicken soup.

"Well, that was pleasant..." Spoke Jareth after the meal. "My thanks to you Fluer." She blushed at the compliment, earning a teasing stare from you. Mary left the room the same way she entered it, ignorant as ever. Again, you pointed a one-finger salute in her direction. Everyone, included Loki, laughed at your childish, but comforting gesture. You smiled, seeing they shared in your peeves against Mary.

"She 'as been stupid." Said Fluer, standing up. "She forgot about dessert!" You smiled, grabbing yours and Loki's plates. Fluer tried to grab them as she walked towards the kitchen, but you shook your head, and walked in with her. You placed all of the dishes jn the sink, as she grabbed out four bowls of assorted mousses from the fridge. She was still pink from blushing.

"So, Jareth, huh?" You teased. "Do you have a thing for Goblin kings?" You stared at you like you were mad.

"No! I vould never- umm... shut up!" She started laughing. You smirked, grabbing two of the bowls of mousse and leaving the kitchen.

Once the four of you had finished dessert, Jareth insisted on a movie. You were surprised such a medieval place had a TV. You, Loki, and Fluer followed the king into a small cinema. Well, small was a lie. It had ten seats, all extremely comfy looking. You plopped onto the closest one, finding that underneath was a blanket. You yanked it out, threw it over you. Loki sat next to you, smiling. Not a 'Damn, I'm evil' smile, but a genuine, heartfelt, caring one. Jareth sat behind you, followed by Fluer. Obviously, you didn't get to choose a movie, because the intro to -ironically- the Avengers appeared onscreen. Loki glared at Jareth, who delivered one right back to the god.

"Seriously Jareth?" Loki hissed. Jareth nodded.

"I want to remind you of those days." He hissed back. "Days when you failed the master. Days when you were in a human prison. Days when nobody even cared about yo-"

"Well those days were years ago, and things have changed!" You interrupted. "People do care about him. Thor and Frigga and... and..." You shut your mouth. You didn't want to finish the sentence. Jareth stared in surprise at your sudden outburst, but continued watching Nick Fury and Agent Hill walk through the testing facility. Loki came closer to your ear.

"You. You were the third person." He whispered, wrapping an arm around you. You blushed heavily, grabbing his blanket and throwing it over the both of you.

As the credits rolled, looked up to Loki. Surprisingly, he was smiling at the screen.

"Did that really happen?" You asked him. He nodded.

"Yes, it did. I favourably remember throwing Stark out his window. The only thing that didn't happen, was me making the pathetic whimper after the 'Hulk' man smashed me into the floor..." He grinned. A faint snoring sound came from behind you. You looked behind to see both Fluer and Jareth asleep in eachother's arms. You and Loki smiled, getting up silently, and making your way back your rooms. Ok, your room. Loki refused to leave you in case the Cyndarians attacked again. You made him turn around as you pulled on your shorts and singlet. The sound of the necklace he gave you sounded in your shorts pocket, and you pulled it out. It was shining, brightly. You heard a shuffle and some footsteps behind you, and then Loki place his hands on your shoulder. "Would you like me to help you put it on?" He asked, reaching for it. You nodded in response. It jangled for a minute, and dropped onto your neck as Loki closed the clasp.

You beamed at him, turning around, and burying your face into his jacket. He was a fair bit taller than you. He wrapped his arms around your waist, and yours around his. The two of you stood like that for a minute, until you stared up at him. He was smiling the same one he did in the theatre.

"Loki... I..." You started, but he held a finger to your lips. It wouldn't stay there for long. Because soon after he moved his finger away,

His lips were there.
