I sat on the couch, alone. Matthew already left to leave me alone with my thoughts. My heart felt hollow. Why did I ever leave? How could I be so stupid? I am only putting Justin in more danger than saving him. I need to get out of this.

Austin left his cellphone on the coffee table. He must have forgot about it when he stormed off in anger. This is my chance.

I looked around to make sure no one is watching me before grabbing Austin's phone and walking outside. I dialed Justin's number. I prayed he would pick up. He has two cellphones: business and loved ones. Austin had Justin's number saved in his phone so they must have spoken before.

"Where the fuck is she Austin?" Justin barked into the phone. My heart clenched at the sound of his angry voice.

"J-Justin." I stammered as I began to cry.

"Baby girl?" Justin spoke, softly. His voice was filled with concern.

"I made a huge mistake." I cried.

Justin sighed. I imagined him running his fingers through his perfect hair. He usually does that when he's in distress.

"Yes, you did. You shouldn't have called me on this phone. Austin can trace it back. I need you to listen to me, okay?" Justin said, calmly.

"O-Okay."

"I want you to hang up, delete this recent call, and meet me at midnight by coffee shop on third avenue."

"Okay, J-Justin." I sniffled.

"Be strong, baby girl. I love you."

"I-I l-love you t-too." I hiccuped before hanging up the phone.

I deleted the recent call and went back inside. I went back inside to silence. I set Austin's phone back where it was resting before.

"Important phone call?" Jessica's voice said from behind, making me jump.

"You scared the living hell out of me, Jessica." I say, turning to face her.

"Have you been crying? Who were you calling out there?"

"Don't worry about it. Its important gang business which you're not apart of."

"Didn't know gang business makes you cry."

I glared at her.

"Nobody asked for your input, Jessica. Shouldn't you be off shopping or something?"

Jessica laughed, sarcastically.

"I do more than shop, you know?"

"Just mind your business." I warned.

"I'm onto you, y/n." Jessica hissed.

I swallowed the lump that formed in my throat. Jessica worries me because she's a devious girl. She could ruin me if she truly wanted to.

Jessica walked off. I had a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. That was gut telling me to watch my back. I already knew that since I have been with Justin. This lifestyle is so unsafe. You can't even trust your own crew members. They will turn on you in a split second with not an ounce of sorrow.

I awaited for night to all. I laid beside Austin, disgusted with my earlier actions. I wasn't going to tell Justin I had sex with Austin. It was a moment of weakness. I would hate to hear Justin had sex with another female and I feel like this story is better left untold.

"I'm sorry for acting out earlier." Austin apologized as he ran his fingers through my hair.

"Its fine." I say, nonchalantly.
