Naru's P.O.V

Right now, a demon specter is terrorizing this entire house and if we don't hurry this house and everyone in it will be sucked into a black hole and erased from existence. Everyone is trying their best to destroy this thing. It's way too strong. I consider this an emergency. I have kept Mai's orb in my pocket in case of times like this, but have never used it because I was always able to use my emergency plan in case it went downhill.

I ducked behind a couch and reached into the pocket of my black coat and pulled out the orb. It didn't even need to be activated, as soon as I touched it, the orb glowed and rose from the palm of my hand.  In a small flash of light, the orb disappeared and Mai's white spirit replaced it. "Demon be gone! Leave this realm and never return!" The transparent silhouette of Mai shouted and with another flash of bright white, even brighter than before, The demon was gone along with Mai and the orb. Everyone stood there astonished. No one dared make a sound as we packed up and left. On the way home I received a phone call. I picked it up without looking at the caller I.D. "Oliver~!" It was my mother. "Hi, mum. What do you need?" "Don't be like that. Your father and I miss you and want you to visit us. We haven't seen you since Mai's funeral." "Mum, I thought I told you to never speak of that." "Sorry sweetie, but that's the harsh reality. We sent you a plane ticket in the mail a while back and it should be in your mailbox at the office. Are you available this week?" "We just finished a case so I don't think it would be a problem. I'll call Yasu-hara to watch the office and take care of any cases while I'm gone." I reluctantly replied "Then its settled! See you tomorrow, Ollie~!" I sighed as I hung up. "Lin, don't unpack your bags. Once we wake up tomorrow we are going on a plane to England." I smirked. "Whatever you say, boss," Lin mumbled.
