Naru's P.O.V
Lin and I went to go visit the client and speak with them after Lin called the rest of the SPR that afternoon. Within 8 hours they were on our door step. We didn't tell then what happened so they were clueless to why they were there."Naru, why did you stay us all the way out here when I could be at home resting." Ayako complained. A tick appeared on my forehead, "We have something very important to discuss." I said crossing my arms.
I led them into the living room and sat them down on the couch. Of course they bombarded me with questions but I didn't answer. "We have a case," I say bluntly. It shut them up. "About what?" John asked. "I'll tell you in a second, but first," I paused, "Mai, tea."
Everyone look at me confused until Mai waltzed into the room with a tray of tea and cookies. "Here you go, sir!" She smiled and sat down across from the group with Lin, Gene, and I.
They all sat there jaws dropped. Ayako fainted, Monk caught her while screaming for answers, Yasuhara was stunned and was thinking of possible answers, John was saying some strange Australian lingo, and Masako was sitting in her normal sleeve to mouth technique.
"I know you have questions but first you need to get to know our new member of the team." I glared intensely at them as they settled down. "This is Gene, my twin brother," I continued.
They ooo-ed and ahh-ed at the sight if my brother. "Hi there guys!" Gene greeted everyone while waving extravagantly. Everyone suddenly realized the drastic personality difference.
Monk raised his hand, "Um, I've got a question." I nodded to acknowledge him. "MAI WAS DEAD! WHO'S THAT?!" He shouted gaining the attention of the entire street. "That's Mai," I sighed, "and she has a lot if explaining to do."
